Mr. Jack Feng has been Vice President of Operational Excellence at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) since October 2014. Before joining CVG, Mr. Feng established and held various leadership positions at Caterpillar in Lean Six Sigma, advanced industrial and manufacturing planning and strategic human resources as well as an international assignment to Asia Pacific. He has also served as a tenured Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Bradley University and an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State University. His consulting company conducted funded projects or provided consulting services to several multinational corporations and government agents. He serves on the Council of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the Greater Columbus Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the China State Six Sigma Promotion Committee and the Editorial Board of International Journal of Production Research. Mr. Feng holds B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and M.S. and Ph.D./Doctoral Degrees in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Ms. Stacie Nicole Fleming has been Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Commercial Vehicle Group Inc. since May 15, 2014. Ms. Fleming served as Vice President and Controller of Commercial Vehicle Group from December 2013 to May 2014 and as Director of technical accounting from May 2012 to December 2013. Prior to joining Commercial Vehicle Group, she was a financial reporting manager at Limited Stores, LLC, from July 2008 to April 2012. Ms. Fleming also was with the accounting firm of KPMG LLP, in various roles including as an audit manager, from September 2002 to June 2008.

Greg Boese serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director GT&B Seats of Commercial Vehicle Group. Greg started at Commercial Vehicle Group in January of 2016. Greg currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.

Douglas Bowen serves as the Sr. V.P. & Managing Director of Commercial Vehicle Group. Douglas started at Commercial Vehicle Group in June of 2017. Douglas currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.

Jim Buddelmeyer serves as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Managment of Commercial Vehicle Group. Jim started at Commercial Vehicle Group in January of 2014. Jim currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.

Gerald Faunt serves as the Vice President of Commercial Vehicle Group. Gerald started at Commercial Vehicle Group in March of 2018. Gerald currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.

Kirk Feiler serves as the Vice President Corporate Development and Strategy of Commercial Vehicle Group. Kirk started at Commercial Vehicle Group in November of 2018. Kirk currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.
