Ms. Elizabeth Magennis, also known as Liz, served as Chief Lending Officer of North Jersey Community Bank since 2007. Ms. Magennis began her career with North Jersey Community Bank (the ???Bank???) in 2006 as a Commercial Loan Officer. Previously, Ms. Magennis was a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Bergen Commercial Bank and an SBA Lender/Underwriter at Sovereign Bank. She has over 24 years of banking experience and graduated from Ramapo College with a B.S. in Psychology and St. John's University with an A.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. William S. Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer of ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. since July 1, 2014 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Connectone Bank (formerly, North Jersey Community Bank) since October 2012. Mr. Burns served as the Chief Financial Officer at Somerset Hills Bank from April 2009 to September 28, 2012. Mr. Burns' career in the financial services industry spans more than 30 years. He joined North Jersey Community Bank from Somerset Hills Bancorp, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 to September 2012. He served as Executive Vice President at Somerset Hills Bancorp., until September 2012 and served as its Treasurer. At Somerset Hills, Mr. Burns helped transform bank into one of the top performing publicly-traded community banks in the nation. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at The Trust Company of New Jersey, a banking institution with $3 billion in assets, which sold to North Fork Bank. At Trust Company, he led the turnaround of the underperforming institution by significantly improving management controls, financial discipline, profitability and Wall Street credibility. In addition, he served as Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at The Dime Savings Bank of New York, one of the nation's largest thrifts. He served as Chief Financial Officer, The Dime Savings Bank of New York, Summit Bank and The Bank of New York. Prior to joining Somerset Hills, Mr. Burns served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ten Rock Capital LLC, a commercial mortgage lender. Mr. Burns earned his BS from Syracuse University and his MBA from New York University.

Mr. Michael J. McGrover, also known as Mike, has been Chief Credit Officer and First Senior Vice President of ConnectOne Bank, a subsidiary of Center BanCorp. Inc. (now ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc.) since March 2015 and July 2014, respectively. Mr. McGrover has more than 19 years of commercial lending experience specializing in unsecured cash flow lending, accounts receivable financing, credit scoring, SBA lending, EDA lending, construction lending, owner occupied and investment real estate financing. Mr. McGrover served as Senior Lending Officer of Union Center National Bank, Inc. Mr. McGrover served as First Senior Vice President of Union Center National Bank since February 2013 until July 2014. He served as Vice President and Director of Commercial & Industrial Lending of Spencer Savings Bank SLA. He managed and administered loan policies and procedures that support the infrastructure of the Commercial and Industrial Lending Department. He served as First Senior Vice President of ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. since February 2013. He served as Senior Vice President and Department Head of ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. until February 2013. He was employed By Spencer Savings Bank since 2003. Mr. McGrover was employed in Industry since 1984.
