Mr. William F. Dunbar, also known as Will, serves as a Managing Director at Core Capital Partners. Mr. Dunbar co-founded Core Capital Partners in 1999. Prior to joining Core, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pebble Hill Capital. Mr. Dunbar served as a Senior Executive from 1987 to 1997 at Allied Capital Corporation. He served as a Portfolio Manager of Allied Capital and President and Board Member of Allied Capital Corp. II. Mr. Dunbar served as an Executive Vice President of Allied Capital Advisers and as Chief Investment Officer for Allied's private equity activities. He began his investment career at Venture America. He also served positions in LBO Lending at Chase Manhattan Bank and in technology operations at NationsBank. He serves as a Director of SwapDrive, Ecutel, KnowledgeTree Inc., Foresight, CrossMedia Networks and ValueSpeed. Mr. Dunbar serves as a Director of OpenText Active Community, Ecutel Systems, Inc., Infinite Power Solutions and Core Capital Partners. He served as a Director of Peerless Group Inc. since October 1996. He also served as Director of Solstice Software Inc., Trinity Convergence, Inc., 6th Sense Analytics Inc., Foresight Corporation and Silverstorm Technologies Inc. He serves as a Director of OpenText Active Community and The Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation. From November 1994 to November 1995, he served as the Chairman of NASBIC. Mr. Dunbar serves as Director of Mid-Atlantic Venture Association. He was Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies from 1994 to 1995. He served as Directors of UpdateLogic Incorporated since March 7, 2006. He is a Member of World President Organization and serves on numerous non-profit Boards, including Venture Philanthropy Partners and Boys, Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and the Meyer Foundation. Mr. Randy Klueger serves as the Chief Financial Officer of LiveSafe, Inc. Mr. Klueger has been the Chief Financial Officer at Core Capital Partners since joining it in October 2004 and leads its internal financial operations, limited partner communications, and capital calls. He serves as Vice President of Finance at buySAFE, Inc. Mr. Klueger joined buySAFE, Inc. in 2009 and leads its internal financial operations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Thorlabs Quantum Electronics, Inc. He served as the President of Klueger and Associates LLC, providing the Chief Financial Officer services and counsel to middle market companies. He spent ten years as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Material Technologies Incorporated and four years as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Laser Eye Centers. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at COVEGA Corporation since joining it in June 2006. He serves as a Director at VPIsystems, Inc. Mr. Klueger received a BBA from The George Washington University.

Mr. Mark J. Levine serves as the Managing Director and Managing Partner of Core Capital Partners. Mr. Levine serves as Managing Director and Managing Partner of Minotaur Fund, The. Mr. Levine joined Core Capital Partners in 2000. Prior to joining Core Capital Partners, Mr. Levine served as a Managing Member of GCI Venture Partners LLC and was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the fund, deal flow and review, due diligence and post-investment management of the partnership's portfolio. From 1985 to 2000, he served as an Executive Officer of Geo-Centers, Inc. and was responsible for corporate development, strategic planning, acquisition search and analysis, government and industry relations, management of the firm's intellectual property portfolio, licenses and joint ventures, investment banking relationships, new business development and senior executive recruitment. From 1979 to 1985, he served as a Subcommittee Staff Director of the Small Business Committee in the United States House of Representatives. Mr. Levine managed the staff and legislative agenda for the subcommittee with jurisdiction over federal procurement (civil and defense), science and technology policy, billion dollar loan and assistance programs, environmental compliance regulations, antitrust and competitiveness policies and minority business programs. He was involved in several successful legislative and regulatory initiatives including The Small Business Innovation Development Act (SBIR), the Small Business and University Patent Act, The Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), The Prompt Payment Act, the Regulatory Flexibility Act and numerous amendments to the DoD, EPA, NIH, SBA and DoE Authorization bills. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Professional Services Council. He serves as a Director of UpdateLogic, Inc. Mr. Pascal Luck, CFA serves as the Managing Director and General Partner at Core Capital Partners. Mr. Luck joined Core Capital Partners in April 2000 and concentrates primarily on its new media, networking infrastructure, and technology investments. His areas of focus include the telecommunications, software, and information technology sectors. Prior to joining Core, he founded Cross Hill Financial Group and served as its Managing Director. He has been an Advisor to emerging technology companies as an Investment Banker and Venture Capitalist for more than seventeen years. Mr. Luck founded CrossHill Financial Group Inc. and served as its Managing Director and was responsible for executing numerous merger and acquisitions, private placements, and financial advisory assignments for clients in the communications, high technology, manufacturing, and service industries. He served as a Senior Manager in the Management Consulting division of Deloitte & Touche LLP specializing in financial and strategic consulting to the telecommunications and high technology industries. He began his career as a Systems Engineer with AT&T-IS/Bell Labs designing corporate digital switching products and international telecommunications standards and working on the PBX product line. His clients included AT&T, MCI, Sprint, GTE, Bell South, Williams Telecommunications, and US West. He was a Director at V.i. Laboratories, Inc. since November 2007 and Gemfire Corporation since February 2008. He serves as a Director of Nextone, Triumfant, Inc., and serves as a Board Observer at Trinity Convergence. He served as Director of JackBe Corporation and BridgeWave Communications, Inc.
