Mr. William F. Dunbar, also known as Will, serves as a Managing Director at Core Capital Partners. Mr. Dunbar co-founded Core Capital Partners in 1999. Prior to joining Core, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pebble Hill Capital. Mr. Dunbar served as a Senior Executive from 1987 to 1997 at Allied Capital Corporation. He served as a Portfolio Manager of Allied Capital and President and Board Member of Allied Capital Corp. II. Mr. Dunbar served as an Executive Vice President of Allied Capital Advisers and as Chief Investment Officer for Allied's private equity activities. He began his investment career at Venture America. He also served positions in LBO Lending at Chase Manhattan Bank and in technology operations at NationsBank. He serves as a Director of SwapDrive, Ecutel, KnowledgeTree Inc., Foresight, CrossMedia Networks and ValueSpeed. Mr. Dunbar serves as a Director of OpenText Active Community, Ecutel Systems, Inc., Infinite Power Solutions and Core Capital Partners. He served as a Director of Peerless Group Inc. since October 1996. He also served as Director of Solstice Software Inc., Trinity Convergence, Inc., 6th Sense Analytics Inc., Foresight Corporation and Silverstorm Technologies Inc. He serves as a Director of OpenText Active Community and The Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation. From November 1994 to November 1995, he served as the Chairman of NASBIC. Mr. Dunbar serves as Director of Mid-Atlantic Venture Association. He was Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies from 1994 to 1995. Mr. Mark J. Levine serves as the Managing Director and Managing Partner of Core Capital Partners. Mr. Levine serves as Managing Director and Managing Partner of Minotaur Fund, The. Mr. Levine joined Core Capital Partners in 2000. Prior to joining Core Capital Partners, Mr. Levine served as a Managing Member of GCI Venture Partners LLC and was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the fund, deal flow and review, due diligence and post-investment management of the partnership's portfolio. From 1985 to 2000, he served as an Executive Officer of Geo-Centers, Inc. and was responsible for corporate development, strategic planning, acquisition search and analysis, government and industry relations, management of the firm's intellectual property portfolio, licenses and joint ventures, investment banking relationships, new business development and senior executive recruitment. From 1979 to 1985, he served as a Subcommittee Staff Director of the Small Business Committee in the United States House of Representatives. Mr. Levine managed the staff and legislative agenda for the subcommittee with jurisdiction over federal procurement (civil and defense), science and technology policy, billion dollar loan and assistance programs, environmental compliance regulations, antitrust and competitiveness policies and minority business programs. He was involved in several successful legislative and regulatory initiatives including The Small Business Innovation Development Act (SBIR), the Small Business and University Patent Act, The Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), The Prompt Payment Act, the Regulatory Flexibility Act and numerous amendments to the DoD, EPA, NIH, SBA and DoE Authorization bills. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Professional Services Council. He serves as a Director of UpdateLogic, Inc. He serves as a Director of buySAFE, Inc., Univa inc (AKA Univa Corporation), Valen Technologies, Inc., Viaken Systems, Sentit0 Networks, RF Technologies, Claragen, Nextone and Geo-Centers, Inc. Mr. Pascal Luck, CFA serves as the Managing Director and General Partner at Core Capital Partners.
