Mr. Rohit Khanna has been Senior Vice President of Customer Success at SecureAuth + Core Security since December 2017. Mr. Khanna served as the Chief Customer Success Officer of Trax Technologies, Inc since March 2014. Mr. Khanna served as an Executive Vice President of Global Strategy & Corporate Deve at Seeburger AG. He served as Senior Vice President of Consulting & Professional Services - NA & UK of Axway Inc. Mr. Khanna served as Vice President for Worldwide Solutions Delivery of Cyclone Commerce, Inc. and was responsible for delivery consulting and training services to all customers. He has over 12 years of professional services management, strategy development, technical consulting, and software development experience with Premenos, Harbinger and Peregrine Systems. Mr. Khanna's background includes discovery, assessment, planning and implementation of E-Commerce networks, marketplaces, Electronic Data Interchange (X12/EDIFACT), Public and Private key cryptography, digital signatures, ANSI X12.58 standard EDI encryption, distributed network applications, infrastructure management solutions and data communications systems in multiple industries ranging from Health/life sciences, financial to government sectors. Mr. Khanna holds B.S in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, MBA in Telecommunications from University of San Francisco and executive education courses from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Chuck Kovach serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Courion Corporation. Mr. Kovach has over 25 years of experience in technology-driven environments. Mr. Kovach served as the Chief Financial Officer in the payments sector of CenPos, Inc. Prior to that, he spent over 11 years as Chief Financial Officer with Ingenico North America, the world leader in POS devices with growing presence in the payment software and processing arena. He was also involved in the infancy of cellular telephony with Oki Telecom. He is an ardent believer in leveraging automation and technology solutions to improve business processes and financial performance and decrease organizational technology. He graduated from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business.

Mr. Todd Lietha serves as Senior Vice President of Product Development of Courion Corporation. Mr. Lietha served as Vice President of Product Development at LT Online Corporation. He oversees operation of the engineering, hosting and IT departments. He has over 15 years technology industry software leadership and strategic product development success. He served as Vice President of Product Development at Mitratech Holdings, Inc. He served as Senior Director of Product Development at Epicor Software Corporation (formerly Activant Solutions), where he led the transformation of a number of products into cloud-based solutions. He also held leadership and software engineer positions at CCI/Triad. He served as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. He earned the Bronze Star during Operation Desert Storm, commanded an artillery battery at Fort Hood, TX, and was an Honor Graduate from the Army's Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA) College in Ft. Lee, VA. He has BA in Business Administration at Michigan Technological University. He completed post-graduate course work in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the U.S. Army Logistics College.

Mr. Stephen Cox has been Chief Security Architect at Core Security SDI Corp. since December 2017. Mr. Cox is a technology veteran with over 15 years in the IT industry, including 10 years experience in leading software development teams in the security industry. A key player in some of the most influential IT security firms in the world, he is recognized as an expert in systems architecture, threat intelligence, and malware analysis as well as endpoint and network forensics. As Chief Security Architect, Stephen is a top thought leader in the rapidly evolving security marketplace. Specializing in the unique opportunities represented by the convergence of cyber threat detection and adaptive authentication, Cox's expertise shapes SecureAuth's product and technical alliance strategies. With a deep understanding of evolving threats and the technologies that stop them, Cox is a recognized innovator in protecting the increasingly diverse world of VPN, legacy, mobile, on-premise, and cloud applications. Before joining SecureAuth in 2015, he served as technical lead of the Endpoint and FireEye-as-a-Service development teams at FireEye/Mandiant. These teams specialized in endpoint forensics and endpoint event monitoring as part of the FireEye HX platform. Before Mandiant, he was at RSA NetWitness, as principal developer of NetWitness Spectrum, served a number of years at VeriSign in support of the DNS Resolution Operations team, and also in various software development roles at Northrop Grumman and America Online. He holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies, both from George Mason University.

Mr. Edgardo Artusi has been Senior Vice President of Engineering at Core Security SDI Corporation since December 1, 2016. Prior to joining Core Security, Mr. Artusi served as the Chief Executive Officer of Loyal Solutions, where he was responsible for the turnaround of its strategy from a Java Boutique Taylor Made Software Factory to a product oriented EQMS Company for LATAM market. He also served several engineering leadership roles at Sisdam Technologies, where he oversaw every technical matter and strategic decision related to market and product evolution. Under his team implemented software development processes for performance and efficiency improvement, managed the capacity planning and costs estimation for change and defined the change management plan and migration strategies. Mr. Artusi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires.
