
They do not listen to the people. A lot of decisions that effect how people function are made without employee input
My salary is ok but most people dont get raises because we supposedly do not make enough profits but then I see a lot of outlandish spending by certain groups and individuals that contradict this.
We have meetings to discus operations and make plans but then leadership steps in and changes things and does not communicate to the team. The result is that projects stall or fail and the entire team is to blame for changes they did not know about.
