Mr. Fred Vakili serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Database101.com. and served as its the President of Customer Satisfaction of Database101.com. He serves as President and Co-Founder at DatabaseUSA.Com LLC. Mr. Vakili led all aspects of sales, marketing and administration. He serves as Secretary of ORC International, Inc.( Opinion Research Corp.) Mr. Vakili served as a Partner at Everest Group LLC. Mr. Vakili served as the Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief Administrative Officer of infoGROUP, Inc. from August 1998 to February 2009 and also served as its Secretary. He served as Senior Vice President of Special Projects of infoGROUP, Inc., from October 1997 to August 1998, Senior Vice President of Value Added-Resellers Group and Canada Operations from May 1987 to October 1997, Senior Vice President of various Company divisions from 1985 to 1987 and also served as its Secretary. Mr. Vakili joined infoGROUP, Inc., in 1985 as the Product Manager for the Directory Group. He played an integral role in the growth strategy of infoGroup with responsibility for the acquisition of over 40 companies since 1992. His leadership at infoGroup helped sales people and businesses grow their sales and profits. He spent 25 years in various leadership positions. He serves as a Director of ORC International, Inc. (Opinion Research Corp.) He has continued his executive education through Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School. Mr. Vakili holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Iowa State University.

Ms. Monica Messer was a Partner at Everest Group LLC. Ms. Messer served as President of Database & Technology at Database101.com. Without the baggage of legacy infrastructure and technology, Ms. Messer is on a mission to ensure that Database101.com quickly emerges as the provider of choice for the sales and marketing solutions. A frequent speaker at industry events, she develops and tracks best practices in small business success, email marketing, customer communications, and entrepreneurship. She served as the Chief Information Officer of infoGROUP, Inc. (also known as infoUSA Inc.) from February 1997 to October 2003 and served as its President of Database Group from January 2007 to September 26, 2007. Ms. Messer served as Chief Operations Officer of infoGROUP, Inc. from October 2003 to September 26, 2007. She served as President of Database and Technology Group at infoGROUP, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2003. She served as Senior Vice President of infoGROUP, Inc. from January 1996 to January 1997. She joined infoGROUP, Inc. in 1983 and served as its Vice President since 1985. She was a Consultant of infoGROUP, Inc. since October 2007. Ms. Messer spent 25 years in various leadership positions where she was known as the industry's pioneer in creating long term product roadmaps and company strategies. Ms. Messer guided the product and technology strategy that led to marketing solutions used by over 5 million customers worldwide. She led all aspects of brands such as SalesGenie.com, InfoUSA.com, ReferenceUSA.com, DirectoriesUSA.com, and Polk City Directories. She holds an Executive Education program in Strategy & Organization from Stanford Business School. Ms. Messer holds a Masters Degree in Political Management from George Washington University and a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Ron Hanzlicek served as Controller at Database101.com. Mr. Hanzlicek was responsible for all aspects of Database101.com's financial management. He has over 30+ years of experience in the business. Prior to joining Database101, he spent the last 10+ years at infoGroup providing financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, divisional corporate governance, and mergers and acquisition expertise for the entity. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Market Research Group of infoGROUP, Inc. (formerly infoUSA Inc.). He holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
