I appreciate the open communication and full transparency from leadership. We are going through a major transition in our company and it gives me a lot of confidence to know not only what is going on but what the future plans are.

Everyone treats each other with respect. We all understand there is more to life than work, so you always feel like your team has your back. So many of us do whatever we can to support other departments as well. I feel those are the reasons Deli Star functions so well!
