Mr. Chao Xin serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Technology Holdings Limited (formerly, CIS Acquisition Ltd.).

Mr. Duncan Cheng has been Controller of Delta Technology Holdings Limited since September 01, 2015. Mr. Cheng is a qualified accountant in the Hong Kong SAR and Australia and has more than 20 years' experience in the field of accounting and auditing. Mr. Cheng worked in a company listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited as financial controller for more than 13 years. Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia and a Master of Business Law from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the CPA Australia.

Mr. Hongming Dong has been the Chief Financial Officer of Delta Technology Holdings Limited since September 1, 2015 and has been its Finance Manager since 2010. Mr. Dong has rich experience in accounting and finance of chemical industry. He served as Finance Manager at Danyang Liansheng Chemical Limited for over five years. Mr. Dong holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Nanjing Economic College.

Mr. Changguang Wu was a Loan Officer of People's Bank of Danyang City from 1989 to 1992. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Wu worked as a Chief Planner at Danyang City Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. Subsequently, in August 2002 and August 2003, Mr. Wu co-founded (i) Danyang Beijiate Materials Trading (Beijiate Materials) and (ii) Danyang Beijiate Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Beijiate Chemicals) respectively with Mr. Xin Chao, where he was mainly responsible for the management of both Beijiate Materials and Beijiate Chemicals. While he was involved in the management of Beijiate Materials and Beijiate Chemicals, he was also the general manager of Danyang Liansheng Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Liansheng Chemicals). He officially left Liansheng Chemicals and joined the Target Group in November 2007. He serves as an Executive Director of Delta Technology Holdings Limited. He has been with Delta as its Executive Director since 2007 and has been actively involved in the daily operations of Delta since its establishment in 2007. Mr. Wu graduated from Banking School of Jiangsu in 1989 with a diploma in Economic Management.
