Very comfortable work environment that helps drive success
A lot to learn at first, but they do a lot of cool things. Learning the org structure and getting acquainted with the teams and personalities has been a bit of a roller coaster but expected. We are working on fun new features that will bring obvious value to our customers.
Everything was just fine pre covid times, but now that the overall quality of the theater has plummeted, we concessionists get to be berated on behalf of corporate incompetence.
Overall, I love my direct leadership and my team. I think that there's a new challenge every day, but we work together to come up with creative ideas.
