Ms. Christine D. Richards, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Operating Officer at EdR (also known as, Education Realty Trust Inc.) since January 06, 2012 and has been its Executive Vice President since September 9, 2014. Ms. Richards previously served as a Senior Vice President at Education Realty Trust Inc from January 06, 2012 to September 9, 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Education Realty Trust's 44 owned and joint ventured student housing communities. Previously Ms. Richards served as the Senior Vice President of Property Operations at Education Realty Trust from February 12, 2010 to January 6, 2012 and served as its Vice President of Operations from 2006 to 2010 and Regional Director from 2001 to 2006. Prior to joining Education Realty Trust, she held various management positions at Gables Residential Trust from 1989 to 2001. Ms. Richards is a Member of the National Apartment Association's Student Housing Task Force, the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Property Manager. She received her B.A. in Education from the University of Memphis.

Ms. Lindsey Mackie has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of EdR since June 01, 2015. Ms. Mackie's responsibilities include corporate and property accounting, treasury, capital projects and financial reporting teams. Since joining EdR in 2013, as Senior Manager of Financial Services. Ms. Mackie has played a significant role in the real estate investment trust's accounting group and has consistently demonstrated that she is well prepared to excel in this important leadership position. As senior manager of financial services, her primary responsibilities were the internal and external financial reporting, compliance and internal audit functions. Prior to joining EdR, Ms. Mackie was with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, for six years, advancing to Audit Manager in her last two years with the firm. A Certified Public Accountant, she earned her Master's Degree of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's Degree of Accountancy from Mississippi State University.

Mr. Edwin B. Brewer, Jr., also known as Bill, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at EdR since August 5, 2014. Mr. Brewer served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. since February 20, 2007. He was responsible for internal and external financial reporting, income taxes, real estate, budgeting, treasury and internal auditing. Mr. Brewer served as an Audit Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for twenty four years and focused on formation transactions, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, private placements, debt offerings, comfort letters and acquisitions of different asset types. He began his career in financial audit and advisory services at Coopers & Lybrand, predecessor organization to PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Birmingham, Alabama in 1983. Mr. Brewer transferred to Coopers & Lybrand's Memphis office in 1992 specifically to assume senior responsibility for the audit of the North American operations of Sedgwick Group PLC. He has been an Independent Trustee of Chatham Lodging Trust since January 11, 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Brewer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Mr. Thomas Trubiana, also known as Tom, has been the President of EdR (alternate name Education Realty Trust Inc.) since January 1, 2015. Mr. Trubiana served as the Chief Investment Officer of Education Realty Trust Inc. from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President until December 31, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Education Realty Trust Inc. Mr. Trubiana served as Senior Vice President of Development of Allen & OHara Development Company, LLC, a development company of Education Realty Trust Inc. from February 2005 to December 31, 2006. Mr. Trubiana served as President of American Campus Communities, Inc. from July 1997 to October 2003. He served as a Financial Advisor to Eagle Strategies Corporation from June 2004 to February 2005. Prior to serving as President of American Campus Communities, Mr. Trubiana served as Senior Vice President of Management Services for Cardinal/ Lexford Realty Services. Mr. Trubiana began his career as a Resident Assistant at Allen & OHara in 1972 and was promoted to General Manager, Regional Manager and finally Director of Development, before leaving Allen & OHara in 1987. Mr. Trubiana also served as Vice President of Lexford Properties, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Realty Services Inc., since August 1, 1996. Mr. Trubiana served as Vice President of Cardinal Realty Services Inc. from 1988 to 1996. He has been a Director of EdR since January 2015. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and received a B.S., Marketing and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance.
