David Kenney Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer and founder of Efficient Forms, Dave provides corporate vision and plays an active and integral role in daily operations, customer service, and customer sales. Under Dave’s founding leadership, Efficient Forms has become an industry standard across the insurance, education, and human capital management sectors. Prior to founding Efficient Forms, Dave performed high-level finance and operations roles at The Quizno’s Corporation, Decisioneering, Inc. and Datanomix, Inc. He has also worked as a Certified Public Accountant. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Johns University in Minnesota and his Certified Public Accountant designation.

Steve Heller serves as the Chief Product Officer of Efficient Forms, LLC. Steve started at Efficient Forms, LLC in Mar of 2016. Steve currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

Paul Carlson Vice President, Alliances & Business Development In his role at Efficient Forms, Paul leads the alliance team to drive sales and revenue through channel partners. His team identifies and closes new partner opportunities and works with existing partners to drive revenue for both companies while delivering the highest customer service for our joint customers. Before joining Efficient Forms, Paul held VP and Director positions in business development and alliances for over 13 years at Equifax and TALX (acquired by Equifax). He was focused specifically on driving partnerships with HR software suppliers including HCM, ATS, and HRIS providers. Prior to that Paul served in senior roles targeting business development and alliances at Netonomy (Comverse), Paylinx (CyberSource), and Capgemini Ernst & Young Consulting. Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and his Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University.

Michelle Heller serves as the Vice President of Customer Success of Efficient Forms, LLC. Michelle started at Efficient Forms, LLC in January of 2018. Michelle currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

Nick Reinking serves as the Vice President of Sales of Efficient Forms, LLC. Nick started at Efficient Forms, LLC in July of 2018. Nick currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
