Mr. Paul R. Oldham served as Senior Vice President of Administration of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. until December 5, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 7, 2008 until December 5, 2017. During his tenure at KLA-Tencor, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the E-Beam Metrology Business Unit. Mr. Concina was the General Manager of the E-Beam Inspection Business Unit. In these positions he successfully managed the development of state of the art electron beam systems and was responsible for the profit and loss. Mr. Concina held a variety of positions at Schlumberger, from a Software Engineer to the Vice President of the Diagnostic Systems Division. He served as an Observer at Asetek A/S. He is named as a Co-Inventor in six patents on image processing and electron beam systems design. Mr. Concina holds an M.S.E.E. from Caltech, a degree of Ing??nieur from E.S.I.E.E., France and has done graduate work at Stanford in the area of CAD for VLSI design optimization.
