Mr. Daniel G. Zang, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Uranerz Energy Corp. since June 18, 2015. Mr. Zang has been the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Fuels Inc., since February 15, 2014 and also serves as its Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller. Mr. Zang served as the Secretary of Umami Sustainable Seafood Inc. since June 30, 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Lions Gate Lighting Corp and Chief Financial Officer of Umami SUstainable Seafood Inc since June 2010. Previously, he served as a Controller of General Moly, Inc. from June 2007 to May 15, 2009 and Treasurer from October 2007 to May 15, 2009; Principal Accounting Officer until May 15, 200. He also served as a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Hubble Homes in Meridian, Idaho. He also served in executive finance positions at PeopleSoft/J.D. Edwards and Cyprus Minerals Company. Mr. Zang is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Mr. David C. Frydenlund serves as Senior Vice President at Uranerz Energy Corp. Mr. Frydenlund has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Energy Fuels Inc. since 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Frydenlund served as Vice President of US Legal & Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Denison Mines Corp. since 2010. He served as an Assistant Corporate Secretary of Denison Mines Corp. from 2006 to 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Denison Mines Corp. from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Frydenlund served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Denison Mines Corp. (alternate name International Uranium Corp.) from 1997 to 2006, Vice President of US Legal & Regulatory Affairs from 2006 to 2009 and also served as its Director from May 9, 1997 to 2006. He has been a Director of Uranerz Energy Corp. since June 18, 2015.

Mr. Mark S. Chalmers, B.Sc, PE, SME has been the President of Energy Fuels Inc. since July 1, 2017 and as its Chief Operating Officer since July 2016. Mr. Chalmers has been the Managing Director of PhosEnergy Inc. since August 2009. Mr. Chalmers is a Principal of Uranium Associates Pty Ltd. He serves as the Managing Director of Urtek LLC. He served as the Managing Director of Uranium Equities Limited (formerly, Bullion Minerals Ltd.) since May 8, 2006 until August 5, 2009. Mr. Chalmers served as the Chief Executive Officer of Uranium Equities Limited until August 2009 and served as its Managing Director from January 2006 to August 2009. Mr. Chalmers served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Heathgate Resources, owner and operator of Australia's third uranium mine, the largest and most technically advanced in-situ leach uranium mine in the western world. Mr. Chalmers is a Mining Engineer and has been actively involved in the uranium business since 1976. He served as Executive General Manager of Production at Paladin Energy Ltd. from April 27, 2011 to June 30, 2015. He has an experienced operations professional who mined over a dozen small to medium sized uranium deposits using both in-situ leach (ISL) and conventional mining techniques over his 30 year career. He filled both technical and executive roles for companies such as Power Resources,a subsidiary of Cameco Corporation, Heathgate Resources, a subsidiary of General Atomics, a US-based company and Energy Fuels Nuclear Inc. of Denver, Colorado. Mr. Chalmers has extensive exploration, Native Title, development, operation, public affairs and government relations experience with numerous successful uranium mining projects internationally. In his tenure with Heathgate, he was instrumental in building a team of uranium professionals, while at the same time delivering a successful operating mine and exploration program. He served as Chairman of the Uranium Industry Framework (UIF) Implementation Group, an Australian Federal Government initiative. He served as Non-Executive Director of Magnis Resources Limited (formerly, Uranex Limited) from September 10, 2010 to January 4, 2012. He served as a Director of Uranium Equities Limited until November 19, 2009. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Laramide Resources, Ltd. since January 2006 and also served as its Member of Technical Advisory Board.

Mr. William Paul Goranson, P.E. has been an Executive Vice President of ISR Operations at Energy Fuels Inc. since June 18, 2015. Mr. Goranson served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Uranerz Energy Corp. since December 2, 2013 until June 18, 2015. At Uranerz, where he was responsible for operations of the Nichols Ranch ISR Uranium Project. In addition to those duties, he also managed uranium marketing, regulatory and government affairs, exploration and land groups. He has over twenty-five years of mining, processing and regulatory experience in the uranium extraction industry that includes both conventional and in-situ recovery (ISR) mining. He served as the President of Cameco Resources, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of Cameco Corporation, which is one of the world's largest uranium mining companies. He was responsible for executing the Double U growth strategy for Cameco's U.S. operations, including developing production expansion projects such as the North Butte ISR uranium recovery facility and the refurbishment of the Highland Central Processing Plant. While President of Cameco Resources, his responsibilities included executive leadership for the operations at the Smith Ranch-Highland, Crow Butte and North Butte ISR uranium recovery facilities. Prior to Cameco Resources, he served as Vice President of Mestena Uranium LLC, where he led the construction, startup and operation of the Alta Mesa project that achieved over one million pounds of uranium production per year under his stewardship. At Mestena, his responsibilities included responsibility for marketing uranium, where he negotiated long term uranium supply contracts with nuclear utilities as well as spot uranium sales. Prior to Mestena, he served as the Manager for radiation safety, regulatory compliance and licensing with Rio Algom Mining LLC, a division of BHP Billiton. He has been a Director of enCore Energy Corp. since November 25, 2015. He served as a Director of Uranerz Energy Corp. since December 2, 2013 until June 18, 2015. He is a Licensed Engineer. Mr. Goranson holds a B.S. degree in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University Kingsville.

Matt Tarnowski serves as the Chief Accounting Officer & Controller of Energy Fuels Inc. Matt started at Energy Fuels Inc in June of 2011. Matt currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
