Mr. Joel Gay has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Energy Recovery, Inc. since April 24, 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from June 27, 2014 to April 24, 2015. Mr. Gay joined Energy Recovery in January 2012 and served as Vice President of Finance since June 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the largest division of Aegion Corp. He has been a Director of Energy Recovery, Inc. since April 24, 2015. Mr. Gay received his MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University.

Mr. Chris M. Gannon has been Chief Financial Officer of Energy Recovery, Inc. since June 8, 2015. Mr. Gannon served as the Vice President and Partner at Talon Group LLC. He served as Managing Director at Conway MacKenzie, a firm focused on providing strategic financial consulting, corporate restructuring, turnaround consulting and performance improvement services to performing and under-performing domestic and international companies. He served in interim management capacities for the firm's clientele, such as CRO, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and other strategic finance functions. Mr. Gannon's responsibilities included strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, KPIs, cash management, performance improvement, deal structuring and negotiation. Previously, Mr. Gannon functioned as an Operations and Turnaround Specialist and Operating Partner to several large private equity funds through Caledonia Group. Prior to that, he served in similar capacity with XRoads Solutions. Mr. Gannon focused on improving private equity backed portfolio companies and senior investment banker with Dresner Partners and Piper Jaffray in mergers and acquisitions and financings. Mr. Gannon has more than 13 years of private equity, mergers and acquisition and operations experience. He received a B.S.E. degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering, with honors, in 1994 from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Nocair Bensalah has been Vice President of Operations at Energy Recovery, Inc since April 2015 and served as its Vice President of Manufacturing since January 2012. Mr. Bensalah joined Energy Recovery, Inc. (ERI) in January of 2012 to manage the planning and execution of ERI manufacturing operations??? strategy. He is responsible for all processes involved in the procurement and production of ERI products. He has 15 years of experience in a variety of technical and operational leadership roles, including quality assurance, application engineering, new product development, project management and operations. He is a 6 Sigma black belt, is well-versed in lean principles and is an expert at identifying and exploiting process improvement opportunities in any business environment. His global experience in automotive, power equipment manufacturing, infrastructure rehabilitation and oil and gas industries was built by his years of service with ABB Inc. (NYSE:ABB), global leader in power and automation technologies, most recently with Insituform Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AEGN), a global leader in Infrastructure protection and with other public and private companies, earlier in his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Andrew Stroud serves as the Vice President of Human Resources of Energy Recovery, Inc.. Andrew started at Energy Recovery, Inc. in March of 2014. Andrew is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Emily Smith serves as the Vice President, Corporate Development of Energy Recovery, Inc.. Emily started at Energy Recovery, Inc. in May of 2018. Emily is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jim Siccardi serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations of Energy Recovery, Inc.. Jim started at Energy Recovery, Inc. in October of 2018. Jim is currently based in the Houston, Texas Area.

Eric Siebert serves as the VP of Corporate Strategy of Energy Recovery, Inc.. Eric started at Energy Recovery, Inc. in June of 2015. Eric is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
