Mr. Michael A. Henry has been Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Vice President at EVINE Live Inc. since May 23, 2016. Mr. Henry oversees all of EVINE Live's merchandising operations, including the development of proprietary and exclusive brands which are the cornerstone of its merchandising strategy. He has over 30 years of retail experience, including over 10 years of TV Home Shopping Experience. He has extensive TV retail experience, previously holding senior level merchandising positions at Eastern Home Shopping, QVC Italy and HSN. He served as Chief Merchandising Officer at Eastern Home Shopping in Taiwan. Previous to that, he spent three years at QVC Italy as the Merchandising, Planning and Programming Director where he was a member of the leadership team that established QVC as the #1 shopping channel in the Italian market. He also served as Senior Vice President of Beauty at HSN for eight years. With merchandising experience, he also held multiple senior marketing roles at brands including Lanc???me, Inc., Yves Saint Laurent Beaute and Elizabeth Arden. He received his MBA from Columbia University.

Mr. Jean-Guillaume Sabatier has been Consultant at EVINE Live Inc. since April 1, 2017. Mr. Sabatier served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Product Planning at EVINE Live Inc. from May 14, 2016 to April 1, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales, Product Planning & Programming from November 2008 to April 1, 2017. Mr. Sabatier served as the Director for Sales and Product Planning for QVC, Inc., from July 2007 to October 2008. He held various positions in QVC's German business unit, including Director of Programming and Planning from July 2003 to July 2007. Mr. Sabatier began his QVC career as a Sales and Product planner in June 1997.

Mr. Timothy A. Peterman, also known as Tim, CPA, has been Chief Operating Officer of EVINE Live Inc. since June 7, 2017. Mr. Peterman has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of EVINE Live Inc. since March 30, 2015. He has more than 20 years of financial experience in public and private enterprises in media and ecommerce. Since 2011, Mr. Peterman has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for The J. Peterman Company, an ecommerce apparel brand. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Synacor, Inc. from July 20, 2009 to 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at The E. W. Scripps Company from February 22, 2007 to January 7, 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President of Interactive Media for Scripps Network Interactive since November 2005. He served as Vice President, Corporate Development at The E. W. Scripps Company from March 2002 to November 2005. During his six years with Scripps Co., which owns popular cable networks such as HGTV and Food Network. Previously, he had held executive positions with Tribune Company. Prior to joining Scripps, Mr. Peterman spent three years at IAC, which owned leading interactive brands such as hotels.com, match.com and expedia.com. During his time there, he was Chief Financial Officer of the ecommerce division (primarily HSN) as well as Chief Financial Officer of the cable division (primarily The USA Network and SciFi Channel). He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Broadcast Division, Chief Financial Officer, Cable Television Network Division of Interactive Corp., from 1999 to 2002; and Director of Finance for the Television Station Group, Sinclair Communications 1998 to 1999. Prior to Interactive Corp., Mr. Peterman joined Sinclair Communications in 1997 as Regional Business Manager. He served as Director of finance for Sinclair's television station group. He began his career as a senior auditor for Peat Marwick in Chicago. Mr. Peterman also has held senior financial positions with Sinclair Broadcasting. He began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Peterman is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

Ms. Nicole R. Ostoya has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at EVINE Live Inc., since April 21, 2016. Ms. Ostoya has been Chief Marketing Officer at BOLDFACE Group, Inc. since 2014. Ms. Ostoya served as Interim Chief Marketing Officer at EVINE Live Inc. where she has oversight of Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and Broadcasting. Ms. Ostoya is Co-Founder of BOLDFACE Group, Inc. From 1987 to 2006, Ms. Ostoya held many executive roles at Nordstrom, Inc., including full line store manager where she was responsible for operations, P&L management, sales and merchandising for the store. She held various executive positions in the beauty division, including merchandise manager for cosmetics for Orange County and Los Angeles County and west coast merchandise manager for fragrances. Ms. Ostoya served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Boldface Licensing + Branding (???BLB???) since May 2012. She co-founded BOLDFACE Licensing + Branding in April 2012 to focus on top tier entertainment and designer brands for opportunities in the beauty market. Ms. Ostoya served as the Chief Executive Officer of BOLDFACE Group, Inc. since July 12, 2012 until March 2014 and served as its President since July 12, 2012. In 2010, Ms. Ostoya co-founded, along with her partner Robin Coe-Hutshing, Santa Monica-based Gold Grenade, LLC, a product development, strategic marketing, comprehensive brand management company that specializes in beauty, cosmetics and personal care. From its inception through the present, Ms. Ostoya has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Gold Grenade, LLC. From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Ostoya served as the Chief Executive Officer of Studio Beautymix at Fred Segal where she managed the retail operation and brought several brands to market with Ms. Coe-Hutshing, the founder of Studio Beautymix. In 2006, LVMH recruited Ms. Ostoya is to open new channels of distribution for its brand Benefit Cosmetics and she oversaw its Sephora business, launched the brand on QVC, as well as put together an operational structure to take their boutique concepts on the road. She served as a Director of BOLDFACE Group, Inc. since July 12, 2012. Ms. Ostoya has an AA degree from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, graduating with honors in 1987.

Mr. Sunil Verma has been Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President at EVINE Live Inc since August 22, 2016. Mr. Verma served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of The Children's Place, Inc. (The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc). He worked as the Chief Information Officer for Vineyard Vines where he helped drive the retailer''??s mobile strategy and customer data initiative that enabled the marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance their customers''?? shopping experience. Prior to that, Mr. Verma served as Vice President of Information and Communication Technology for Macy's Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of information technology for Macy's Homestore. Prior to joining Macy's, Mr. Verma led a boutique consulting firm specializing in web-based business intelligence and retail operating systems for clients that included Polo Ralph Lauren, Alliance Bernstein and The Venator Group. He is a graduate of Bombay University with a B.A. in political science and economics and has a Ph.D in economics from New York University.

Ms. Andrea M. Fike has been Corporate Secretary of EVINE Live Inc. since June 10, 2017 and its serves as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
