Ms. Christine Edward Headly, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of The Fauquier Bank and its parent Fauquier Bankshares Inc since September 2, 2016. Ms. Headly served as Senior Vice President and Controller of The Fauquier Bank since May 2013 until September 2, 2016. She served as Vice President and Controller of The Fauquier Bank from 2007 to May 2013. She joined The Fauquier Bank in 1999 and over the last 17 years has also served as the Financial Analyst. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as an Economist at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Ms. Headly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.

Mr. Mark A. Debes has been Senior Vice President of TFB, Retail Banking since 2002. Mr. Debes also served as Vice President of TFB from 1998 to 2002, Branch Manager for Eastern Bank, Boston, MA from 1997 to 1998.

Ms. Edna T. Brannan serves as Corporate Secretary at The Fauquier Bank. Ms. Brannan has been Secretary at Fauquier Bankshares Inc. since July 2004 and also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of The Fauquier Bank, a subsidiary of Fauquier Bankshares Inc.

Mr. James P. Butler, Jim has been Senior Vice President of Lending Department at Fauquier Bankshares Inc. and for its subsidiary, Fauquier Bank since June 8, 2012. Mr. Butler has many years of banking experience and leadership skills. Mr. Butler started his banking career in the Management Training Program at PNC Bank. Prior to joining The Fauquier Bank in 2006. He served twenty-five years specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Special Assets Management. He worked in both commercial real estate and small business lending. He has attended numerous professional development courses and seminars throughout his career. He was a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Mr. Butler is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
