Scott is the founder and CEO of Filld. From at-home on-demand delivery to nationwide fleetservice to overcoming the tough technological hurdles last-mile delivery companies face, Filld is innovating in the fueling industry! Prior to Filld, Scott served as an associate at Cote Capital, a Venture Capital firm where he performed deal diligence and helped source new investment opportunities. He cut his teeth in the startup world as a project manager for Omega Ophthalmics, a medical device start-up company working through the FDA approval process.

Ward leads Sales and Business Development at Filld. This role has him engaging with prospective partners of the Filld Fueling Network as well as customers of the Filld software platform. He enjoys jumping from labyrinthian spreadsheets to strategic pitch meetings to contract reviews. In his earliest days at the company he served as the original Director of Marketing. Prior to Filld, Ward worked for several tech start-ups in a Growth, Marketing and Business Development capacity as well as co-founding a business in the online media sector. (One million unique visitors is just not what it used to be!) Ward holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from UC Santa Barbara.

Nitin is an engineering leader and technologist with a track record of building and leading effective teams making compelling products. Prior to Filld, Nitin was leading technology teams at companies ranging from Automotive/IoT, large eCommerce to Ticketing platforms, and VoIP/telecom sectors. He has dabbled in data analytics and Machine Learning for several years. Nitin is a lifelong learner and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune University in India.

Ryan Lipert is Vice President of Operations at Filld, leading the operations team in building out the systems and processes to help launch and support our dealers and the customers they service. A graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz with a major in Business Management and Economics, Ryan has deep roots in the Petroleum Industry; his Great Grandfather Alex Lipert opened up a service and filling station as a Polish immigrant to America. After graduating from college, Ryan spent several years working for Balch Petroleum, where he gained a deep operational understanding of the petroleum industry and cultivated relationships that have proven invaluable throughout his career. After his time at Balch, Ryan joined Filld as Operations Manager, helping manage and grow Filld’s first markets. As Filld continued to expand, Ryan moved into a Director position, leading Filld’s Fuel supply strategy across all North American markets, before moving into his current role.
