Mr. Larry W. Myers serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of First Savings Bank (the Bank) and First Savings Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Myers joined the Bank in 2005. Previously, he served as Chief Operations Officer of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as an Area President of National City Bank in southern Indiana. Mr. Myers has served as a Director of the Bank since 2005.

Mr. George M. Vredeveld, Jr. is the President and Co-founder at Q2 Business Capital at First Savings Financial Group, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Vredeveld was the President, Co-Founder, and Co-Owner at Quadrant Financial, Inc. He worked for PNC Bank, Huntington Bank, The Money Store and Bank United, handling SBA and corporate finance lending. He worked in the Brussels office of Deloitte & Touche. He opened the Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky markets for The Money Store in 1997 and quickly established a reputation for being the go to guy for creative financing. Mr. Vredeveld served at Brussels office of Deloitte & Touch, where he worked and travelled extensively in Europe.

Mr. John P. Lawson, Jr. is the Chief Operating Officer of First Savings Bank (the ???Bank???) and First Savings Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Lawson serves as Company Secretary at First Savings Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Lawson joined First Savings Bank in 1988. Previously, he served as Assistant Vice President, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Lawson has served as a Director of First Savings Bank since 2006. He has been a Director at First Savings Financial Group, Inc since 2008.

Mr. Anthony A. Schoen, CPA, has served as Chief Financial Officer of First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (the 'Company') and First Savings Bank (the 'Bank') since January 2009. Mr. Schoen served as the Bank's Assistant Controller since November 2007. Prior to his employment at the Bank, Mr. Schoen was a Manager with Monroe Shine & Co., Inc., where his primary area of focus was auditing, consulting and tax preparation for community financial institutions. Mr. Schoen holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in accounting from Indiana University.

Suzanne Kaiser serves as the Senior Vice President & Consumer Lending Manager of First Savings Bank, Indiana. Suzanne started at First Savings Bank, Indiana in September of 2003. Suzanne currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky Area.

Eric Howard serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of First Savings Bank, Indiana. Eric started at First Savings Bank, Indiana in November of 2014. Eric currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky Area.
