Adam is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Fortem Technologies, joining from IMSAR LLC, where he played an integral technical role in growing the company from humble beginnings to more than 100 employees. One of IMSAR’s first full-time employees, Adam also led point on securing more than $100M in contracts during the company’s first three years of business. Most recently, Adam served as vice president of Engineering at IMSAR, driving the innovation of a 60-person engineering team focused on building the world’s smallest, highest resolution and most robust radar solutions in the world for many drone programs with the United States Department of Defense. Prior to IMSAR, Adam worked as a researcher at HP where he implemented innovative ideas for designing and manufacturing high-performance RF products.

Dave is the Chief Data Officer and Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at Fortem Technologies, a role to which he brings 25 years of experience in leading product strategy, innovation and development in start-ups and Fortune 5000 companies. Dave has developed and led several teams in the innovation of numerous multi-million-dollar product lines in the transportation, government, real estate and services industries. These products leveraged big data using AI, machine learning, predictive analytics and business intelligence—all keys to ensuring a safe and secure airspace.

Glen Hilton is the Chief Financial Officer at Fortem Technologies, bringing over 25 years of executive and professional experience working across a broad range of disciplines, from strategic and tactical financial & operational problems to legal and regulatory issues. Prior to joining Fortem, Glen worked as the Imaging Components Business Unit CFO at publicly-traded Varian Medical Systems. As the Business Unit CFO, Glen had full strategic and operational financial responsibilities for the Business Unit which grew to over $800M in annual revenues and over 1700 employees worldwide spread across 13 manufacturing sites and over 3 dozen support offices in about 20 countries.

R Speas serves as the VP, Operations of Fortem Technologies. R started at Fortem Technologies in May of 2016. R currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Alan Kraft serves as the Sales Director of Fortem Technologies. Alan started at Fortem Technologies in Apr of 2018. Alan currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Gregg Pugmire serves as the Vice President Of Worldwide Sales of Fortem Technologies. Gregg started at Fortem Technologies in August of 2018. Gregg currently resides in the Provo, Utah Area.

Dave Preece serves as the Chief Data Office - Product and Marketing VP of Fortem Technologies. Dave started at Fortem Technologies in February of 2018. Dave currently resides in the Provo, Utah Area.
