Mr. Nicholas Ian Fink, also known as Nick, has been President of Fortune Brands Global Plumbing Group LLC at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. since August 20, 2016. Mr. Fink served as Senior Vice President of Global Growth and Development at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. from June 1, 2015 to August 20, 2016. Mr. Fink served as President of Asia Pacific/South America and Senior Vice President at Beam Suntory Inc. (Beam, Inc.) since January 1, 2014 and May 10, 2012 respectively. He has more than 16 years of international and consumer brand experience with an expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and law. Prior to Beam, he was a Partner in the Corporate Department of the law firm of Bell Boyd & Lloyd LLC (now K&L Gates), where he concentrated his practice in mergers and acquisitions, public financing, private equity and venture capital and general corporate counseling. He joined Beam, Inc. in 2006. He served as Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development at Beam, Inc. He also has served as Managing Director Beam Canada from 2010 to 2011 and Senior Brand Director of Courvoisier and Fortified Wines from 2009 to 2010 and served as its Associate General Counsel from 2006 to 2009. He served as a Director of Beam Suntory NZ Limited (alternate name, Beam Global (NZ) Limited) until May 15, 2015. He served as a Director of Beam Global Australia Pty. Ltd. from September 20, 2013 to May 8, 2015. Mr. Fink received his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the Institut d'Etudes des Relations Internationales, in Paris, France.

Mr. Patrick D. Hallinan, also known as Pat, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. since July 1, 2017. Mr. Hallinan served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. since January 3, 2017 until July 1, 2017. Mr. Hallinan serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Moen Incorporated. Mr. Hallinan is responsible for the global finance function at Moen. Mr. Hallinan joined Moen in 2013. He served as Vice President, Finance at Beam, Inc. and MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., another Fortune Brands Home & Security company. Prior to joining Fortune Brands, Mr. Hallinan spent seven years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm, departing as a Principal in its automotive, aerospace and industrial goods practice. Mr. Hallinan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, with honors, from the University of Chicago.

Mr. David M. Randich, also known as Dave, has been the President of Masterbrand Cabinets, Inc., at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. since October 8, 2012. Mr. Randich served as President of Therma-Tru Corp., at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. from November 2007 to October 2012. He has extensive experience in varied market and product categories with multiple supply chain configurations. He joined Therma-Tru from Armstrong World Industries Inc., where he spent 24 years in a variety of leadership roles. From April 2004 to October 2007, he served as Chief Executive Officer-Armstrong Flooring Europe, a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries Inc. Prior to that, he led Armstrong's European ceilings business based in the UK, served as General Manager of Manufacturing-Building Products, where he was responsible for several plants worldwide and was Plant Manager in Shanghai, China and Columbus, Ohio. He has been a Director of Norcraft Companies, Inc. since May 12, 2015. Mr. Randich holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Mercer University.

Mr. Robert K. Biggart, also known as Bob, serves as Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Norcraft Companies, Inc. Mr. Biggart has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. since December 16, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, a business division of PepsiCo, Inc. He has 29 years of corporate law experience from PepsiCo where he held senior legal roles across most of its business units and global geographic regions and also he has global business and legal experience. Since 2001, Mr. Biggart served in a general counsel role for various business units with a proven track record in commercial legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Biggart served as General Counsel at PepsiCo business units include PepsiCo Worldwide Beverages, PepsiCo Americas Beverages and PepsiCo Latin America Food & Beverage, as well as legal affairs for the Pepsi-Cola, Tropicana and Gatorade brands. His key accomplishments include successful acquisitions and divestitures of national brands and companies and global joint ventures for the beverage and bottling businesses. He has been a Director of Norcraft Companies, Inc. since May 12, 2015.

David Barry serves as the CFO and SVP Finance, Global Plumbing Group of Fortune Brands Home & Security (FBHS): Therma-Tru Division. David started at Fortune Brands Home & Security (FBHS): Therma-Tru Division in December of 2017. David currently resides in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area.
