Mr. David Harquail serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Franco-Nevada Corporation. Mr. Harquail served as the President and Managing Director of Newmont Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corp. since May 15, 2002. He served as an Executive Vice President of Franco-Nevada since 2006 and served as President and Managing Director of Franco-Nevada Capital of Franco-Nevada, since 2002. Mr. Harquail served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development and Exploration at Newmont Mining Corp. since November 1, 2006. He served as senior executive of the original Franco-Nevada group of companies since 1987. Mr. Harquail served as an Executive Vice President of Newmont Mining Corp., until November 13, 2007 and its Vice President since September 2003 and Vice President of Merchant Banking since April 2004. He was responsible for overseeing the activities of Newmont Capital, as well as the exploration and technical services functions. He served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development & Exploration of Newmont Mining Corp. of Canada Ltd. until November 2007. Mr. Harquail served as the Senior Vice President of Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada Limited (formerly Franco-Nevada Mining Corporation Limited) from May 1998 to February 2002. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Redstone Resources Inc. He was with Franco-Nevada for 15 years as a Senior Executive. He has been a Director of Franco-Nevada Corporation since November 13, 2007. He served as a Director of Kinross Gold Corporation of Echo Bay Mines Ltd. since January 31, 2003. He served as a Director of Inco Limited. He serves on the board of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He is a Professional Engineer designation with the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Mr. Harquail holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.

Mr. Graham Farquharson, P.Eng., MBA, founded Strathcona Mineral Services Limited in 1974 and has been its President since 1974. Mr. Farquharson serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation. He served as the Chairman of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. from May 2013 to February 18, 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Franco-Nevada Corporation since November 12, 2007. He served as a Director of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. from June 23, 2009 to February 18, 2015. He served as a Director of Cambior Inc. since June 7, 1993. Mr. Farquharson served as Director of Placer Dome Inc., and of the Physicians Services Incorporated Foundation since 1999. He served as Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd. from 2001 to December 2004. He served as High River Gold Mines Ltd., from May 2008 to October 11, 2008. He was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. Mr. Farquharson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Queen's University.

Mr. Paul Brink serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Franco-Nevada Corporation. Previously, Mr. Brink served as Chief Financial Officer of Franco-Nevada Corporation. He joined Franco-Nevada Capital in 2006 as Director of Corporate Development and played a senior role in Franco-Nevada's mergers and acquisitions activities. Mr. Brink served as Director of Corporate Development at Newmont Capital and has additional experience in mining investment banking and in project financing. He served as Chief Financial Officer of NRX Global Inc.(Alternate Name NRX Global Corp)., where he handled its initial public offering. Prior to NRX Global, Mr. Brink served four years as Vice President of Investment Banking with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. on resource mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. Previously, he worked with UBS in Zurich and New York on project and structured finance. He served as a Non-Executive Director of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc. since 2006. He served as a Director of SouthernEra Resources Limited. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master's Degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.
