Mr. Cathal Walsh co-founded Freshpet, Inc. in 2005 and has been its Senior Vice President of Cooler Operations since January 2011. Mr. Walsh served as the Chief Operating Officer of Freshpet, Inc from October 2006 to January 2011. Prior to joining Freshpet, Mr. Walsh was Zone Marketing Manager at Nestl??? Worldwide from 2000 to 2005 and was Marketing Manager at Nestl??? Pet Care from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Walsh has over 16 years??? experience in packaged goods marketing, sales and management, including in international food markets.

Mr. Richard A. Kassar has been the Chief Financial Officer at Freshpet, Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Kassar served as Chief Executive Officer of Freshpet, Inc. from July 2006 to January 2011 and served as its President from January 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Kassar served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GO7Brands, LLC. He served as a Principal of GO7 Brands since August 2006. From July 2006 to October 2006, Mr. Kassar raised venture capital for Fresh Pet Company. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Meow Mix Company, LLC from February 2002 to 2006. His previous experience at, Amerada Hess. He is a 30 years business veteran. From May 2001 to January 2002, he served as a Consultant to venture capital businesses with respect to acquisitions of consumer brands and service organizations. From December 1999 to May 2001, he served as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Household Brands. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Comptroller of Chock Full O'Nuts Corporation from 1986 to December 1999. He has been a Director of Vaughan Foods Inc. since June 27, 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Kropp Holdings, Inc., and World Fuel Services Corp. since August 2002. He served as an Independent Director of Velocity Express Corp. since August 2002. Mr. Kassar is a graduate of Baruch College and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Scott Morris is Co-founder of Freshpet, Inc and has been its Chief Operating Officer since July 2015 and has been its President since March 9, 2016. Mr. Morris served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Freshpet, Inc since January 2014 until July 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Freshpet from 2010 to 2013. He was Principal at Freshpet, Inc since 2006. Mr. Morris is involved in all aspects of Freshpet development and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Freshpet, he served as Vice President of Marketing at The Meow Mix Company from 2002 to 2006. Previously, he worked at Ralston Purina from 1990 to 2002, holding various leadership positions in Sales and Marketing, most recently Pet Food Group Director. Mr. Morris founded The Freshpet Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. He has over 20 years??? experience in consumer packaged goods sales, management and marketing.

Eddie Young serves as the Senior Vice President Sales of Freshpet. Eddie started at Freshpet in March of 2017. Eddie currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio Area.

John Speranza serves as the Vice President Marketing of Freshpet. John started at Freshpet in May of 2016. John currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Lisa Barrette serves as the Vice President of Marketing - Business Development of Freshpet. Lisa started at Freshpet in July of 2015. Lisa currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Liliana Bolton serves as the VP Sales- Natural Grocery of Freshpet. Liliana started at Freshpet in May of 2012. Liliana currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Larry Coben serves as the Director of Freshpet. Larry started at Freshpet in November of 2014. Larry currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
