Mr. David S. Collins, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Fuel-Tec, Inc. since August 2, 2010. Mr. Collins is on Leave of Absence since November 7, 2017. Mr. Collins has over 22 years of auditing experience with international public accounting firms. He served as Audit Partner for Grant Thornton LLP, where he was responsible for assisting companies in capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public company filings and internal control audits. In this capacity, he worked in a client relationship and as audit partner with Fuel Tech for four years. Prior to this, Mr. Collins worked with Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co. as an audit partner and before that with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Collins earned an accounting degree from Bethel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Ellen T. Albrecht has been Vice President and Controller of Fuel-Tech, Inc. since December 7, 2006. and serves as its Accounting Manager. Ms. Albrecht served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Acting Treasurer of Fuel-Tech Inc. until August 2, 2010. Previously, Ms. Albrecht served as the Controller of Fuel-Tech, Inc. since February 1, 2004, Accounting Manager since May, 2001 and also as its Senior Accountant since July, 1996.

Mr. James M. Pach has been Principal Financial Officer and Acting Treasurer of Fuel Tech, Inc. since November 7, 2017. Mr. Pach has served as Assistant Treasurer and Corporate Controller of Fuel Tech, Inc. since joining in January 2016. Mr. Pach served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Century Aluminum Company (CAC) since 2015, its Senior Corporate Accounting Manager since 2013, its Assurance Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) since 2012 and Assurance Manager for PwC since 2010.

Hanif Suchwani serves as the Vice President International Operations of Fuel Tech, Inc.. Hanif currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.

Jim Pach serves as the Vice President, Treasurer and Controller (Principal Financial Officer) of Fuel Tech, Inc.. Jim currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.
