Mr. Kevin Michael Kelley served as the Chief Financial Officer at Saracen Energy Partners, LP. Mr. Kelley was an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Borden Capital Inc. since November 24, 2001. Mr. Kelley served as an Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development of Borden Chemical Inc. from April 5, 1999 to November 24, 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President of Borden Capital Management Partners from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Kelley served as the Managing Director of Ripplewood Holdings LLC, from April 1996 to March 1999. From January 1995 to April 1996, he served as Managing Director of Onex Investment Corporation and Ripplewood Investments L.L.C. Mr. Kelley serves as a Director of Elmer's Products Inc. He serves as a Director at FuelQuest, Inc. Mr. Kelley served as a Director of AEP Industries Inc. from 2001 to August 2004 and Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. since November 20, 2001. Mr. Scott Cilento serves as a Vice President of Service Operations of FuelQuest, Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cilento served as Senior Vice President of Customer Value Assurance at FuelQuest, Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Cilento served as Senior Vice President of Operations - Fuel Management for FuelQuest, Inc. Mr. Cilento served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Managed Services at FuelQuest, Inc. He served as Vice President of Technology & Operations at FuelQuest, Inc. and was responsible for all day to day systems operations and customer support for FuelQuest hosted applications. He has 18 years of experience in directing operations in a technology based business or government enterprise. Prior to joining FuelQuest in May of 2000, he worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center where he directed operations to prepare space shuttles for launch. He earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and his MS in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida. His education and work experience includes organizational design, ISO 9000 certification, and continuous process improvement program management.

Mr. Ryan Mossman serves as a Senior Director of Managed Services at FuelQuest, Inc. and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Fuel Services. Mr. Mossman served as Vice President of Marketing & Product Management for FuelQuest, Inc. His experience includes leading large scale FMS and ZyTax implementations. Prior to FuelQuest, he served as Vice President of Spur Digital. He founded McKinley Powell. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), delivering solutions to the energy and products industry. In addition to the responsibility of carrying out the annual marketing plan, he chairs the solution management council. He serves as Vice Chairman of the EB2B Motor Fuels Committee of PCATS. He has an MBA from the University of Texas and an Economics degree from Columbia University.

Ms. Mary Fuzat serves as a Senior Director of Operations of FuelQuest, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Production Operations since September 2011. Ms. Fuzat has more than 15 years of technology, project, product and account management experience with large companies such as Enron as well as start-ups. She leverages her experience managing complex implementations and support organizations to provide customer support, production operations monitoring and release management for FuelQuest. Ms. Fuzat earned a BS in management, BA in Spanish and a Certificate in International Business Studies from Arizona State University.
