Mr. Thomas Ellman has been an Executive Vice President and President of Rail North America at GATX Corp. since June 2013. Mr. Ellman served as the Chief Commercial Officer of GATX Corp. from December 2006 to June 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President from November 2011 to June 2013. Mr. Ellman served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at GE Equipment Services, Rail Services. He spent 10 years within GATX in a series of increasingly responsible fleet and finance roles, including vice president, fleet portfolio management. Mr. Ellman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in 1990 and his masters of management from the JL Kellogg School of Northwestern University in 1997.

Ms. Deborah A. Golden, also known as Deb, has been an Independent Director at Midland States Bancorp, Inc. since November 2015. Ms. Golden serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of GATX Corporation, where she has been employed since 2006. She previously served as General Counsel of Midwest Generation, LLC, from 2004 to 2006; Assistant General Counsel, Office of the Governor, State of Illinois, from 2003 to 2004; in various executive legal positions at Ameritech Corporation from 1995 to 2001; and as a Partner at Schiff, Hardin & Waite, where she began her legal career in 1984. Ms. Golden holds a B.A. from Boston College, a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and an M.B.A. from Loyola University. She is a Member of the Illinois Bar.

Mr. James F. Earl has been an Executive Vice President at GATX Corp. since June, 2012. Mr. Earl has been President of GATX Rail International since June 2012. Mr. Earl is responsible for the overall operations, marketing and growth of its rail businesses, as well as directing its international rail activities. Mr. Earl served as Chief Operating Officer of GATX Corp. from December 12, 2006 to June 1, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Rail of Gatx Financial Corp. since 1997. He served as an Executive Vice President of Rail of Gatx Corp. from 2004 to December 12, 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial at GATX Rail from 2001 to 2004 and a variety of increasingly responsible positions in the GATX Capital Rail Group from 1988 to 2001. Mr. Earl joined Gatx Capital Corp. in 1988 as Director of Short Line Financing. He has served in a series of increasingly responsible positions within Gatx Capital Corp.'s Rail Group, including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Freight Car Marketing. Prior to joining Gatx Capital Corp., Mr. Earl served as a Director of Service and Equipment Planning with Soo Line Railroad and with Southern Pacific Railroad as a Terminal Superintendent, Assistant Terminal Superintendent and Assistant Trainmaster. He has been an Independent Director of Harsco Corporation since July 25, 2012. He served as Director of Gatx Financial Corp. since 1997. He received his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1981.

Mr. Robert C. Lyons has been the Chief Financial Officer at GATX Corp. since November 12, 2004 and has been its Executive Vice President since June 2012. Mr. Lyons served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at GATX Financial Corp. He served as senior Vice President and chief financial officer from 2007 to june 2012 and its Vice President of Investor Relations from 2000 to 2004. He served as Director of Investor Relations from 1996 to 1998. He served as Project Manager in Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2000. He worked for the Financial Relations Board and in the corporate banking division of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. He has been an Independent Director of Packaging Corporation of America since August 30, 2011. He served as a Director of Gatx Financial Corp. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and a Member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. Mr. Lyons received a BA from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1986 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1988.

Mr. William J. Hasek has been Senior Vice President of GATX Corp. since 2007. Mr. Hasek served as Treasurer of GATX Corp., since 2002. Mr. Hasek served as Vice President and Treasurer of Gatx Financial Corp. He served as Vice President of Gatx Corp. from 2002 to 2007 and served as its Treasurer from May 1999 to 2001. He served as Manager of Corporate Finance of Gatx Corp. from 1995 to 1997 and a Director of Financial Analysis and Budgeting from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Hasek joined GATX Terminals' finance group in 1986 and held various positions in finance and strategic planning until he joined the GATX Treasury Department in 1995 as Manager of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining GATX, Mr. Hasek worked for Amoco Oil in engineering, planning and finance positions. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University (St. Louis) in 1978 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1983.

Mr. Michael T. Brooks has been Chief Operations Officer of Rail North America and Senior Vice President at GATX Corp. since April 2016 and January 2008 respectively. Mr. Brooks served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at GATX Corp. from June 2013 to April 2016. Mr. Brooks served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of GATX Corp. from January 2008 to June 2013 and was responsible for all of GATX's information technology activities. Mr. Brooks served Constellation Energy, where he served as Retail energy Chief Information Officer and Vice President. Prior to Constellation, he served five years at Accenture and with Oracle Corporation, as a Business systems consultant. He served five years as a Consultant with The Barrington Consulting Group in Washington, DC. Mr. Brooks received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics Degree from the University of Georgia in 1992 and his Masters of Business Administration from the American University in 1998.

Mr. Paul F. Titterton has been Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Rail North America at GATX Corp. since April 2015. Mr. Titterton served as the Chief Commercial Officer of GATX Corp. from June 2013 to April 2015 and served as its Vice President from June 2013 to April 2015. Mr. Titterton was responsible for GATX's North American railcar sales, fleet, structured finance and customer experience activities. He joined GATX Corporation in 1997 and served as its Vice President of Strategic Growth since April 2007. He served as the Vice President of Fleet Portfolio Management from July 2005 to April 2007. He served as a Director of Providence and Worcester Railroad Company from 2008 to April 30, 2014. He served as a Director of Fleet Portfolio Management from 2002 to July 2005.

Mr. Niyi A. Adedoyin has been Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at GATX Corp., since January 2016. Mr. Adedoyin served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at GATX Corp., from 2013 to 2016 and its Senior Director, IT strategy and project management office from 2008 to 2013.

Mr. Alan C. Coe has been Managing Director of Strategic Growth of Rail at Gatx Corp. Since November 10, 2005. Mr. Coe served as Vice President of Gatx Corp. since 2004. He served as President of GATX Air, a division of GATX Financial Corporation from 1997 to November 10, 2005. Mr. Coe served as the Executive Vice President of GATX Financial Corp. (formerly known as GATX Capital Corp.) since 1994. Mr. Coe joined GATX Financial Corp. in 1977 as a Financial Analyst and has served a variety of positions both domestically and internationally. Mr. Coe was responsible for the activities of GATX Capital Corp.'s Air Group. Prior to 1977, Mr. Coe served as an Officer in the United States Air Force (four years) and as Vice President of Corporate Finance, with Rotan Mosle in Houston, Texas (three years). Mr. Coe has been a Director of GATX Financial Corp. since 1994. Mr. Coe received a BA from Southern Methodist University in 1973 and his MBA from Golden Gate University in 1976.
