We have career coaching and 360 feedback as well as biannual compensation reviews.
Feedback is solicited. However, it doesn't feel like it is actually read.

Grammarly offers all employees competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes superior health care. We also offer ample, defined time off, catered lunches, in-office exercise & yoga sessions, and gym & recreation stipends.

We also offer ample and defined time off, catered lunches, in-office exercise and yoga sessions, gym and recreation stipends, admission discounts to events and cultural institutions, and one-month sabbaticals for employees who have been at the company for more than five years.
None. If anything the perks are on the mediocre side
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Grammarly?
Their archaic and frankly insulting wfh policy. Also many many 8 am meetings for no reason.
The arcane wfh policy. It's truly bad.
What are your coworkers at Grammarly like?
My coworkers are very adept at what they do. They're some of the smartest people I've known.

I would say it's fairly diverse. Definitely female-friendly.

Not very. Archaic policies make for low morale and low ownership sentiment.

Engineering is all too full of Ukrainians talking all the time in Ukrainian or Russian. Feels difficult to mingle.
