Mr. Ali Soltani has been the Chief Operating Officer of Great Panther Silver Ltd since September 01, 2014. Mr. Soltani has more than 30 years of mining experience in precious metals and copper with Newmont Mining and Phelps Dodge. He served as Vice President of Technical Services at Newmont Mining Corp. since August 2008. Mr. Soltani served as Group Executive South America Operations at Newmont Mining Corp. from 2007 to 2008. He served as General Manager of Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada Limited. He served as a Yanacocha Operations Manager from 2006 to 2007 and Director of Nevada Operations from 2004 to 2005. He joined Newmont as a Senior Mining Engineering at the Carlin site in Nevada in 1989 and served as the General Manager at multiple sites in Nevada. Mr. Soltani holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Masters degree in Mining Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Mr. Jim A. Zadra, CPA, CA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Great Panther Silver Ltd since July 18, 2012. Mr. Zadra served as Vice President of Finance at Great Panther Silver Ltd since September 2011 and was responsible for corporate finance, including financial reporting, planning & forecasting, taxation and treasury. Mr. Zadra has over 15 years of experience in senior corporate finance roles with significant experience in the areas of financial reporting, taxation, strategic planning, capital markets, M&A and corporate governance. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of DDS Wireless International Inc. from July 14, 2008 to August 17, 2011 and served as its Secretary until August 31, 2011. Mr. Zadra served as a Vice President of Finance for North America at Sophos Ltd. from September 2003 to July 2008 and served as a Director of Finance at ActiveState Corporation from October 2002 to September 2003. He joined Sophos since October 2002. Mr. Zadra served as a Vice President of Finance as a contractor with Xenex Innovations Ltd. from July 2002 to October 2002, a Consultant of Activestate Corporation from May 2002 to June 2002, an Analyst of Canaccord Capital Corporation from June 2000 to January 2002 and held various positions, starting from associate to tax manager, at Deloitte & Touche LLP from September 1994 to June 2000. Mr. Zadra also served as a Vice President of Finance as a Contractor with Xennex Innovations Inc., from June 2002 to October 2002. He has been a Director of Solegear Bioplastic Technologies Inc. since March 26, 2015. He has been a Director of Penfold Capital Acquisition II Corporation and Penfold Capital Acquisition III Corp. since June 2008. He serves as a Director of Penfold Capital Acquisition IV Corporation. He is a Chartered Accountant. He served as a Director of SEL Exchange Inc. since November 2007. Mr. Zadra holds a Masters of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia.
