Mr. Thomas M. Lescalleet, also known as Tim, has been a Senior Vice President of Griffin Industrial, LLC, a subsidiary of Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. (formerly known as Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc.) since March 2002. Mr. Lescalleet serves as Senior Vice President of Griffin Land Inc. He is responsible for management of the division including business development, leasing and acquisitions, land approvals and its portfolio. His professional history includes 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and management. He joined Griffin Land from The Codman Company, where he was a Managing Partner and Executive Vice President. Previously, he spent seven years with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis), where he served as a Managing Broker and a Director of its Investment Properties Group. Prior to that, Mr. Lescalleet has worked in real estate development and consulting, specializing in appraisal, project feasibility, community/municipal approvals and development management. Mr. Lescalleet has been a Director of Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc., since March 2002. He holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont in 1985 and a diploma in Real Estate from Boston University in 1992.

Mr. Anthony J. Galici has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. (formerly known as Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc.) since April 1997 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Galici served as Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Nurseries, Inc. He served as Vice President and Assistant Controller at Culbro Corporation from January 1996 to March 1997. Prior to January 1996, he served as Assistant Controller of Culbro Corporation. He served as a Director of Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc. Mr. Galici received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University. Mr. Galici is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Frederick Michael Danziger, also known as Mike, has been the Executive Chairman at Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. (formerly, Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc.) since January 2016 and has been its Chairman of the Board since May 17, 2012. Mr. Danziger served as the Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. from April 1997 to January 2016 and its President from April 1997 to May 17, 2012. He served as of Counsel in the law firm of Latham & Watkins from 1995 to 1997 and was a Partner/Member of the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon from 1974 to 1995. He involved in the real estate operations of Griffin in the early 1980s. He has been a Director of Monro Muffler Brake Inc. since July 1984 and Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. since April 1997. He serves as a Director of Bloomingdale Properties Inc., Ryan Instruments, LP and First Financial Caribbean Corporation. He served as a Director at Centaur Media plc. He served as a Director at Culbro Corporation from 1975 to 1997. He served as a Director of Centaur Communications Ltd. until March 9, 2004. Mr. Danziger holds a B.A. from Harvard University in 1962 and L.L.B. from Yale Law School in 1965.

Mr. Scott Bosco has been a Vice President of Construction - Griffin Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. (formerly known as Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc.) since July 2005. Mr. Bosco has been a Vice President of Construction of Griffin Land division at Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc., since July 2005. He joined Griffin Land in July 2005 and is responsible for all new construction as well as building and tenant improvements. Prior to Griffin Land, Mr. Bosco served at CASLE Corporation as the Construction Project Manager. He served as a Project Manager of Casle Corp., from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Bosco received dual undergraduate degrees in Wood Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
