Mr. Luben Pampoulov is a Co-Founder and Partner at GSV Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Pampoulov was Co-Portfolio Manager at GSV Asset Management since 2010. Mr. Pampoulov co-founded Candlestick in 2009. Mr. Pampoulov served as an Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at ThinkEquity Partners from 2006 to 2009, where he managed money and delivered compelling investment results. He has multinational background from Europe and the U.S. He can speak German, Spanish, Croatian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, French, Serbian, Slovenian and Latin apart from English language. He has a FINRA Series 7 license. Mr. Pampoulov has completed a BA in International Economics and Management from University of California, Los Angeles during 2003 to 2006.

Mr. William F. Tanona, also known as Bill, CFA, has been the Partner and Chief Operating Officer at GSV Asset Management, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Tanona served as a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group LLC. Prior to joining Fortress Investment in 2011, he was a Bank Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, Research Division from December 2010 to November 2011, where he covered the financial services industry in the United States equity research department. Previously, he was a Bank Analyst at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Research Division, Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and an Analyst at Collins Stewart LLC, Research Division. Previously, he was the Head of Brokers and Asset Managers at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a Research Analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co, Research Division. He is on the Financial Advisory Board at St. John's High School. He is on the President's Leadership Circle and Advisory Council of Villanova University. Mr. Tanona holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a BS in Accounting major from Villanova University's School of Business during 1992 to 1996.
