Mr. James J. Owens, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of H.B. Fuller Company since November 22, 2010. Mr. Owens served as the Senior Vice President of North America Region at H.B. Fuller Company from September 02, 2008 to November 2010. Mr. Owens spent 22 years with National Starch's adhesives business, a division of ICI in a variety of management positions including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the North American adhesives business; Division Vice President and General Manager of Europe; Business Director of The Pressure Sensitive and Laminating Adhesives Business Unit; Marketing Manager; and Technical Services Manager. Mr. Owens served as Senior Vice President at Henkel. He joined Henkel earlier this year, running the North American adhesives business, upon its acquisition of National Starch. He has been an Independent Director at H.B. Fuller Company since November 22, 2010 and Donaldson Company, Inc. since March 22, 2013. Mr. Owens serves as the Chairman of The Adhesive and Sealant Council, the industry's Premier Trade Association. Mr. Owens earned a bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Business Administration from the Wharton Business School.

Mr. John J. Corkrean serves as Senior Vice President of Finance - Global Energy Services at Nalco Champion LLC. Mr. Corkrean has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of H.B. Fuller Company since May 17, 2016. He joined HB Fuller from Ecolab Inc., where he has built a successful 17-year track record of leadership in all areas of financial management and controls. He served as the Head of Finance for Nalco Champion Global Energy Business at Ecolab Inc. since May 8, 2014. Mr. Corkrean served as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Ecolab from April 15, 2008 to May 8, 2014 and as its Senior Vice President from October 2011 to May 8, 2014. He served as Vice President of Ecolab Inc. from May 2006 to September 2011 and also served as its senior vice president of Finance for the Global Energy Services sector. He spent seven years in various accounting and treasury positions at BP Amoco. Mr. Corkrean served as the Treasurer of Ecolab Inc. from February 2006 to April 15, 2008, where he has held other significant financial and commercial roles. He also was instrumental in the integration of both the Nalco and Champion acquisitions. Mr. Corkrean joined Ecolab's Treasury department in 1999 and served as its Professional Products Vice President and Controller since 2002 and also served as its Professional Products Vice President of Distributor Sales from April 2005 to April 2006 and Professional Products Vice President and Controller from January 2004 to March 2005. He earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Iowa and a Master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ms. Traci L. Jensen has been Senior Vice President of Global Construction Products at H.B. Fuller Company since July 2016. Ms. Jensen served as a Senior Vice President of Americas Adhesives at H.B. Fuller Company since January 2013 until 2016 and served as its Vice President of Americas Adhesives from November 2011 to January 2013.

Mr. Zhiwei Cai has been Vice President of Engineering Adhesives at H.B. Fuller Company February 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Engineering Adhesives since 2017 and Vice President of Engineering and Electronics Materials until April 21, 2016. Mr. Cai served as Director of Electronics Materials at H.B. Fuller Company from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Patrick M. Kivits has been Senior Vice President of Europe, India, Middle-East and Africa at H.B. Fuller Company since September 2015. Mr. Ebrahim Rezai, also known as Abe, has been Chief Technology & Innovation Officer and Vice President of H.B. Fuller Company since October 2016. Mr. Rezai served as executive at Procter & Gamble from 1985 to 2016, Associate Director of Baby and Feminine Care Global Material Development and Supply Organization, Cincinnati, Ohio from 2015 to 2016, Associate Director of Baby Care Global Material Development and Supply Organization, Cincinnati, Ohio from 2005 to 2015, Section Head of Baby Care Global Material Development and Supply Organization, Cincinnati, Ohio from 2001 to 2005, Section Head of Baby Care Asia, Kobe, Japan from 1997 to 2001, Section Head of Baby Care Technology Section Asia, Kobe, Japan from 1992 to 1997 and Senior Scientist, Tissue, Towel and Disposables Technology Division, Cincinnati, Ohio from 1985 to 1992. He served as Professor of Chemistry, Evanston, Illinois from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Rezai served as Executive at Northwestern University from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Theodore M Clark also known as Ted, has been Senior Vice President of Royal Adhesives at H.B. Fuller Company since 2017. Mr. Clark served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Royal Adhesives & Sealants, LLC from 2003 to 2017 and previously served as its President. Mr. Clark served as Chief Executive Officer at TASC Holdings LLC.

Mr. Timothy J. Keenan, also known as Tim, has been the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of H.B. Fuller Company since December 01, 2006. Mr. Keenan served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary since joining H.B. Fuller Company from August 2004 to November 2005. Ms. Heather A. Campe has been Senior Vice President of Americas Adhesives at H.B. Fuller Company since October 06, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Asia Pacific from 2013 to October 06, 2016. Ms. Campe served as Director of Hygiene at H.B. Fuller Company from 2010 to 2012. She holds M.B.A., University of Cincinnati College of Business, Cincinnati, Ohio and B.S., Chemical Engineering, Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.

Mr. Steven Kenny, also known as Steve, has been Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets at H.B. Fuller Co. since June 2015. Mr. Kenny serves as General Manager of Vinamul Polymers. Mr. Kenny served as President of Specialty Packaging Division at Pregis Corporation since September 1, 2008. Prior to that, he served as Divisional Vice President and General Manager for the National Starch's Vinamul Polymers Division in North America; General Manager for Chile; and Business Group Director for Bondmaster Adhesives in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Kenny holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
