Mr. Alan J. Sokol has been the Chief Executive Officer at Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. since April 2014 and has been its President since January 2013. Mr. Sokol served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Media Group. He was a Partner at InterMedia Advisors, LLP. An Attorney with broad experience as a senior executive in the entertainment and broadcast industries, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Telemundo Communications Group since December 15, 2000 and oversaw all aspects of the national Spanish-language TV network, growing its revenue from $200-million to half-a-billion dollars annually and leading the negotiations for its $2.7 billion acquisition by NBC in 2001. Mr. Sokol served as the Chief Operating Officer of Telemundo Holding Inc. from December 15, 2000 to April 2005. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Telemundo Network Inc. since August 12, 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Sokol served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, for Sony Pictures Entertainment Group, identifying new growth opportunities in television and content creation throughout the world. From 1995 to 1996, he served as a Senior Vice President of Savoy Pictures, Inc. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Sokol was a Partner at the Los Angeles law offices of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP. From 1983 to 1991, he was an Associate and then as a Partner at the Los Angeles law offices of Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel & Silbert, P.C. He has been a Director at Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Sokol served as a Director of Cinema Screen Media, LLC. He served as a Director of MeetMe, Inc.

Mr. Alex J. Tolston, Esq. serves as an Executive Vice President of Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. since April 2016 and has been its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2013. Mr. Tolston was an attorney in the Corporate Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2009 to 2013, representing issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings, secondary offerings and Rule 144A debt offerings, issuers and their boards of directors with respect to reporting and other obligations under the U.S. securities laws and corporate governance and regulatory matters and public and private equity clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and debt restructuring transactions. Mr. Tolston began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Mr. Tolston is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and Authorized House Counsel under Chapter 17, Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. Mr. Tolston holds a B.A. from Tulane University and a J.D. from New York Law School.

Mr. Craig D. Fischer has been the Chief Financial Officer and at Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. since April 2013 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer from January 2013 to April 2013. Mr. Fischer is employed at InterMedia Advisors, LLP and Intermedia Partners VII, L.P. Mr. Fischer has over 15 years of experience in the media industry as an operator, advisor and investor. Prior to joining InterMedia Partners, LP, Mr. Fischer was Executive Vice President of Business Development and Affiliate Relations at the YES Network where he was one of the founding senior managers and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing relationships with major cable and satellite operators and negotiating programming agreements. Prior to YES, Mr. Fischer was Vice President of Business Development at Exodus Communications, Inc., and Vice President of Finance at Global Center Inc. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Fischer was at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a banker in the Media and Communications group. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Fischer was a senior accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Fischer is a licensed CPA and has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Jose E. Ramos, also known as Joe, serves as the President of WAPA-TV and General Manager of WAPA-TV at Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. Mr. Ramos has over 30 years of television experience. Mr. Ramos is the most experienced television executive in Puerto Rico. Mr. Ramos spent 13 years at Telemundo Communications Group, Inc., serving in various senior positions including Senior Vice President, General Manager and President.

Ms. Lucia Ballas-Traynor has been an Executive Vice President of Client Partnerships at Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. since December 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales. Ms. Ballas-Traynor has 25 years of experience in Hispanic media, building and leading top Hispanic media brands across TV, digital, mobile, print and live events. Ms. Ballas-Traynor is a Publisher of People en Espa??ol. As general manager of MTV Tr3s, she led the network's programming and rebranding and established it as the most widely distributed Hispanic youth TV network. Prior to leading MTV Tr3s, Ballas-Traynor served as general manager of Univision's Galavision, where she doubled the network's ratings among the coveted 18-34 year-old demographic. She co-founded CMI Marketing, Inc., and served as its Executive Vice President of Cafemom's Mam??slatinas until July 2015. Ms. Ballas-Traynor serves as a Member of the Hispanic Initiative Advisory Council at Junior Achievement of New York, Inc. She serves as Vice Chairman of the Hispanic Federation and a Commissioner of Mayor Bloomberg's Latin Media Entertainment and Media Commission. Ms. Ballas-Traynor was named a Media All Star by Adweek and was profiled in The Hollywood Reporter's Latino Power 50 list. She is recognized as a top Women in Music by Billboard Magazine and named one of the 25 Most Powerful Hispanic Women in the Entertainment Industry by The Hollywood Reporter. Ms. Ballas-Traynor is a graduate from New York University.
