Mr. Holger Will has been the Chief Operating Officer of Highway Holdings Ltd. since 2010. Mr. Will server as General Manager of KayserTechnik Ltd., Highway Holdings Ltd's marketing arm to German customers since 2000. Mr. Will has been employed in Highway Holdings Ltd. since 1996. Mr. Will started with Highway Holdings Ltd. as a Production consultant to one of its subsidiaries and eventually became the Production Manager of that subsidiary.

Mr. Alan Chan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Highway Holdings Ltd. since September 2010. Most recently, Mr. Chan served as the Chief Financial Officer of a joint venture in China with Laureate Education Group. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DeCoro Limited, an Italian sofa manufacturer. His experience includes serving as Financial Controller at San Miguel Shunde Brewery Co. Ltd. He also served as Financial Controller at Hua Yang Printing Holdings Co. Ltd. He started his professional career as an Accountant at Nelson Wheeler, an Australian CPA firm and subsequently with PricewaterhouseCoopers -- formerly Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Chan received a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from Curtin University in Australia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom.
