Mr. James R. Barlow, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bank (Shreveport, LA) (a/k/a Home Federal Savings and Loan Association) since January 1, 2013. Mr. Barlow has been Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana since January 13, 2016 and as its President since December 27, 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana since November 2009. He serves as a Co-principal Executive Officer of Home Federal Bank. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Home Federal Bank (Shreveport, LA) from February 20, 2009 to December 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana of Louisiana from November 2009 to December 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Home Federal Bank since February 2009 until December 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President and Area Manager of the Arkansas-Louisiana-Texas area commercial real estate operations of Regions Bank from August 2006 to February 2009. From 2005 to August 2006, Mr. Barlow served as Regions Bank City President for the Shreveport/Bossier area and from February 2003 to 2005, he served as Commercial Loan Manager for Regions Bank for the Shreveport/Bossier area. He served in various positions at Regions Bank since 1997. Mr. Barlow brings substantial managerial, banking and lending experience to the board, as well as significant knowledge of the local commercial real estate market from his years of service as manager and regional President of a regional bank. Mr. Barlow has been a Director of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana since March 11, 2009. He has been a Director of Home Federal Bank (Shreveport, LA) since February 2009.

Clyde D. Patterson has served as Executive Vice President of Home Federal Bancorp (the ???Company???) and Home Federal Bank (the ???Bank???) since January 2005 and September 1993, respectively, and Treasurer of the Company since July 2014. Previously, Mr. Patterson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank from November 2009 to July 2014.

Mr. Daniel R. Herndon, also known as Dan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal BanCorp, Inc. of Louisiana from 2005 to January 13, 2016. Mr. Herndon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Savings & Loan since September 1993 until January 1, 2013. He served as the President of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana. from 2005 to January 1, 2013 and President of Home Federal Savings & Loan at Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana from September 1993 to February 2009. He served as a Co-Principal Executive Officer of Home Federal Bank. He served as the and Chief Executive Officer at Home Federal Bank (Sioux Falls, SD) until January 1, 2013. He serves as Chairman of Home Federal Bank (Shreveport, LA). He has been the Chairman of Home Federal BanCorp. Inc. of Louisiana since 2005. He served as Executive Chairman of Home Federal Bank since January 2013. He served as Chairman of Home Federal Savings & Loan from January 1998 to December 2012. He has been a Director of Home Federal BanCorp. Inc. of Louisiana and Home Federal Savings and Loan since 1980. He served as a Director at Home Federal Bank.

Mr. David S. Barber has been Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending - Home Federal Bank at Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana since June 2009. Prior thereto, Mr. Barber served as Vice President, Director of Branch Operations, First Family Mortgage, Inc., from July 2004 to May 2009.

Mr. K. Matthew Sawrie has been the Senior Vice President of Home Federal at Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana since February 2009. Mr. Sawrie began his banking career in 2000 and has extensive experience in Commercial Lending, as well as Commercial Real Estate.
