Mr. John Alan Todd Jr., is the Chief Operating Officer at HomeBay, Inc. He serves as a Managing Partner of Maven Capital Management LLC. Mr. Todd serves as a Managing Partner of Maven Capital Fund LP. Mr. Todd served as the Chief Development Officer at Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. since April 2012 until January 17, 2017 and served as its Group Vice President since January 2015 until January 17, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Companies, Inc. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of SONICblue Inc. from March 2002 to October 7, 2002. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sonicblue Inc. from February 2002 to May 2002. Mr. Todd served as the Chief Operations Officer of Sonicblue Inc. from May 2001 to May 2002. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SONICblue, Incorporated from May 2001 to January 2002. Mr. Todd served as Secretary of Sonicblue Inc. since March 2002. He joined the company in May 2001 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From October 1998 to January 2001, Mr. Todd served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Gateway Inc., where he had responsibility for operational finance, tax, audit, treasury, financial systems, and reporting. From April 1997 to October 1998, Mr. Todd was employed at Allied Signal, Inc., most recently as its Chief Financial Officer. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Todd served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Boston Market operations at Boston Chicken, Inc. From 1988 to 1996, he was employed at Pepsico Inc. Mr. Todd has held several Senior Executive and Director roles in the restaurant and other industries including his most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer at Quiznos where Mr. Todd was responsible for the day to day operations of the 5,000 unit franchise company. He has also held executive positions at Pizza Hut and Metromedia Restaurant Group (Bennigan's, Steak & Ale and Ponderosa/Bonanza Steakhouses). Mr. Todd has also held executive positions with several companies outside of the food industry including Allied Signal, Sonicblue, and Gateway Computer. He has also served as a Vice President at Portfolio Management Pizza Hut, Inc. Mr. Todd was a Director of QCE Finance LLC since September 26, 2000. He serves on and had served on several Boards of both of public and private companies. Mr. Todd served as a Director of Watchguard Technologies Inc., from April 2002 to his resignation on November 19, 2003 and as its Lead Director from October 2002 to November 19, 2003. He has done an M.B.A. from William and Mary University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood College.

Ross Bixler serves as the VP Operations for HomeBay. Ross started at HomeBay in June of 2017. Ross is based in the Greater San Diego Area.
