Mr. Joseph Ram founded InfoSonics Corporation in 1994 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Mr. Ram has been the President of Latin America Division at Infosonics Corporation since January 2009. Mr. Ram served as Sales Director at ProCom Supply from 1989 to 1993 and was in charge of worldwide purchasing and oversaw all international sales. He served as Chairman of the Board at InfoSonics Corporation. He has been a Director of InfoSonics Corporation since 1994.

Mr. Vernon A. LoForti, also known as Vern, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Infosonics Corporation since July 2010 and its Corporate Secretary since April 2011. Mr. LoForti served as the President of Overland Storage Inc. form August 7, 2007 to September 2009, Chief Executive Officer from August 7, 2007 to January 28, 2009, Chief Financial Officer from December 1995 to August 7, 2007 and Secretary since November 1997. He served as Vice President of Overland Storage Inc. since December 1995, Principal Accounting Officer until August 7, 2007 and Assistant Secretary from December 1995 to November 1997. He joined Overland in 1995. From August 1992 to December 1995, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Priority Pharmacy. From 1981 to 1992, Mr. LoForti served as Vice President of Finance for Intermark, Inc. He served as Director of Overland Storage Inc. form August 7, 2007 to January 2009. He served as President of the San Diego Chapter. He began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse. He is a California CPA and is active in Financial Executives International. Mr. LoForti holds a BS in Accounting from the Brigham Young University.

Mr. Roger Laungani serves as Corporate Controller of Infosonics Corp. since August 2006. Mr. Laungani served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Infosonics Corp. from January 10, 2010 to July 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer.

Mr. Robert S. Picow has been the Chief Executive Officer of Wireless Data Products and Technology Division of Cenuco Inc. since May 20, 2005. Mr. Picow served as the President of Brightpoint, Inc., from June 1996 until October 1997 and was its Vice Chairman from June 1996 to August 1997. In 1981, Mr. Picow founded Allied Distributors. In 1986, Allied Communications was formed and he was the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Allied Communications until its merger in 1996 with Brightpoint. He served as Chairman of QuamTel, Inc. from January 1, 2010 to May 13, 2011. Mr. Picow also served ad a Partner at Robert Stevens Appliances. Mr. Picow has been a Director of Cenuco Inc., since July 2003, American Telecom Services Inc. since May 10, 2006 and Fundamental Management Corporation since June 2001. He serves as a Director of Ascendia Brands, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Infosonics Corporation since December 2003. For the past years, Mr. Picow has served on the Board of Trustees for the Children's Place at Homesale a Palm Beach based charity. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Cenuco Inc., prior to reverse acquisition by Lander Co. Inc. since April 2004. Mr. Picow served as a Director of SBA communications Corp. and Brightpoint until 1997. He served as a Director of SMF Energy Corporation since March 2001.
