Dr. Sailesh Chittipeddi, Ph.D. has been Chief Technical Officer at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since March 2014 and served as its Vice President of Global Operations since March 2014 until February 2017. Dr. Chittipeddi has been Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since January 30, 2017. Prior to joining IDT, Dr. Chittipeddi served as the President at Conexant Systems Inc. since November 2010 and its Chief Executive Officer from April 2011 to July 2013. He served as the Chief technical Officer at Conexant Systems Inc. from April 2008 to July 2009. Dr. Chittipeddi served as Executive Vice President of Standard Microsystems Corp. since January 2011. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Conexant Systems Inc. from April, 2008 to April 2011. Dr. Chittipeddi served as Co-President of Conexant Systems Inc., since July 2009 and served as its Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations from April 2008 to July 2009. He has strong knowledge of technology and operations coupled with strong financial discipline. He served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations of Conexant Systems Inc., from June 1, 2006 to April 2008. Dr. Chittipeddi joined Conexant in 2006. He worked in several senior operations-related positions with Agere Systems, Lucent Technologies and AT&T Microelectronics. He also served as Lucent's representative to SEMATECH and was a Member of the Technical Staff with AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds 59 U.S. patents in the areas of semiconductor process, package and design and he also has more than 30 technical publications. He serves a Member of Advisory Board at Pelican Point Investment Group, LLC. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Pelican Point Capital Partners, LLC since March 2014. He serves as a Director at Conexant Systems Inc. Dr. Chittipeddi holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a master's degree and a doctorate in physics from Ohio State University and a master's degree in physics from Northern Illinois University.

Mr. Brian C. White has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at GigPeak, Inc. since April 4, 2017. Mr. White has been the Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since September 11, 2013. He has been Senior Vice President at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2017. He leads the finance, investor relations, information technology and business development organizations within Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden. He has more than 25 years of accounting and financial experience in finance, accounting, business line management, strategy and business development. He served as Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Device Technology Inc. until October 2008 and also served as its Vice President of Finance since joining in IDT in February 2007 and Treasurer since April 2009. Prior to joining IDT, he held financial and operational management positions with Nvidia, Hitachi GST and IBM. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. He has been a Director at GigPeak, Inc. since April 4, 2017. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden AG. Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Seattle University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He maintains credentials as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.

Mr. David R. Shepard, also known as Dave, has been Senior Vice President and Corporate General Manager of Mobility Products Group at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2017. Mr. Shepard served as Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Products Division at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since April 2014 and September 2015 respectively. Mr. Shepard served as General Manager of Timing & RF Division at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2014 until September 2015. Mr. Shepard served as Vice President of Marketing at Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation since January 30, 2014. He served as Vice President and General Manager of High Performance Solutions Business Unit at Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation since April 2010. He joined Peregrine in 2010 with more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry spanning a variety of roles from sales, marketing and applications to various levels of general management. Mr. Shepard served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sequoia Communications Corporation from October 2003 to August 2009. He held various positions at Texas Instruments (TI), including General Manager of the Wireless Infrastructure Business Unit. During his 17 years at TI, he served as General Manager of ASIC-Europe, Director of EDA Software Development at ASIC Products, General Manager of North America ASIC Products and Director of North America Customer Design Centers. He served as a Director of Sequoia Communications Corporation. Mr. Shepard holds a B.A. in Physics from Lawrence University (Wisconsin) in 1984 and an MSEE from University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1986.

Mr. Xianzhi Fan, also known as Sean, has been Senior Vice President at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2017. Mr. Fan served as General Manager of Interface & Connectivity Division at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since August 2013 until May 12, 2016. Mr. Fan served as Vice President of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since August 2013 and has been its Corporate General Manager of Computing & Communications Group since May 12, 2017. He served as Vice President of IDT China at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Fan served as General Manager of IDT China Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since 2011. He is responsible for creating and growing the IDT business in China, the largest and fastest developing market for semiconductor devices in the world. He managed the IDT Shanghai site for multiple business and function units. Prior to this, he held various management roles at IDT, including Vice President and General Manager for the IDT industry-leading memory interface solutions and General Manager of standard product operations (SPO). He was instrumental in creating and driving the IDT silicon timing and telecom product lines. Before joining IDT in 1999, Mr. Fan worked at Lucent Microelectronics, Mitel Semiconductor and National Lab of Telecom Research in China in various engineering and management roles. Mr. Fan earned a Master's of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer and Telecom from Beijing University of Posts and Telecom. He also conducted Ph.D. studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering, completed the course work and passed qualifying exams to a doctoral degree. Mr. Fan continued his Executive Management education at Stanford University and the Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Anja Hamilton has been Chief People Officer and Vice President at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2017 and served as its Vice President of Global Human Resources since October 2012 until May 2017. Ms. Hamilton joined IDT in February 2011. Ms. Hamilton served as the Senior Director of Worldwide Compensation and Hris. Prior to joining IDT, Ms. Hamilton held various compensation management positions at atmel, ebay and electronic arts. She has 21 years of business management experience, with 15 of those in human resources. Ms. Hamilton received her business education in germany and holds several certifications in human resource management.

Mr. Matthew D. Brandalise has been Secretary and Director of GigPeak, Inc. since April 04, 2017. Mr. Brandalise has been Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since October 2012 and served as its General Counsel since October 2012. He has been Chief Legal Officer at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. since May 2017. Mr. Brandalise has more than 22 years of experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and commercial litigation. He joined IDT in 2000 and was promoted to general counsel in 2012. He served as Senior Director of Legal Department and previously held various other senior corporate counsel positions in IDT's legal department. He joined IDT with eight years of law firm experience in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions and corporate law. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Brandalise was an associate attorney with Brooks & Hess. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden AG. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
