Mr. Robert P. Jornayvaz, III, also known as Bob, serves as an Owner and Principal at Intrepid Mining LLC. Mr. Jornayvaz Co-founded Intrepid Potash, Inc. Mr. Jornayvaz has been an Executive Chairman of the Board at Intrepid Potash, Inc. since May 19, 2010 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since August 29, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Intrepid Potash, Inc. from November 2007 to May 19, 2010 and served as its President from February 2009 to May 19, 2010. He founded Intrepid Production Corporation in 1984 and serves as its President, where he is responsible for the management of the various Intrepid companies. He served as the Manager of Intrepid Mining since January 2000. He has 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as the Chairman of Intrepid Potash, Inc. from November 2007 to May 19, 2010 and has been its Director since December 2007. He serves as a Director of The Fertilizer Institute. Mr. Jornayvaz graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and holds a B.A. degree from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas.

Ms. Margaret E. McCandless has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since January 6, 2015. Ms. McCandless served as Intrepid's Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since January 2012 until January 2015. Before joining Intrepid, she served as an Associate General Counsel of Securities, Disclosure & Corporate Governance for Qwest Communications International Inc. and then CenturyLink, Inc., which acquired Qwest in April 2011. Prior to joining Qwest in 2004, she was an Associate at the law firms of Hogan Lovells LLP and Cooley LLP.

Mr. Joseph G. Montoya has been Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since April 7, 2017. Mr. Montoya has been Controller of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since May 2016 and served as Divisional Controller of New Mexico operations from April 2014 to May 2016. Prior to joining Intrepid, Mr. Montoya was Chief Financial Officer of Stoneside LLC, a private company specializing in custom window coverings, from July 2013 to April 2014. From 2011 to June 2013, Mr. Montoya was Vice President of Internal Audit for Molycorp Inc., a public company in the rare earths mining industry. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Montoya was Vice President of Internal Audit for Tomkins, plc, a UK-based public company primarily in the original equipment automotive parts manufacturing industry. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Montoya served as Plant Controller, Regional Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Cenveo, Inc., a public company in the printing industry. Prior to joining Cenveo, Mr. Montoya was a Manager at the international public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. James N. Whyte has been an Executive Vice President at Intrepid Potash, Inc. since August 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management from December 2007 to August 2016. Mr. Whyte joined Intrepid Mining as its Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management in May 2004. Prior to joining Intrepid Mining, Mr. Whyte served as the President of Caleb Insurance Group, Inc. since December 1998. Mr. Whyte served as a Senior Vice President for Marsh and McLennan and a Senior Landman for Diamond Shamrock. He has been a Director of American Eagle Energy Corporation since November 2013. He served as a Director of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since November 2013. Mr. Whyte holds BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and MBA from The University of Denver.

Mr. Hugh E. Harvey, Jr., co-founded at Intrepid Potash, Inc. in 2007. Mr. Harvey has been an Executive Vice Chairman of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since May 19, 2010. Mr. Harvey is an Owner of Intrepid Mining LLC and has been its Manager since its inception January 2000. Mr. Harvey served as the Chief Technology Officer of Intrepid Potash, Inc. from May 2009 to May 19, 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Technology of Intrepid Potash, Inc., a subsidiary of Intrepid Mining LLC from November 2007 to May 2009. Mr. Harvey served as Chief Operating Officer of Intrepid Potash from February 2009 to October 2009. He has ten years experience in the mining industry, over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and a unique combination of mining, mineral processing, drilling, field operations and economic evaluation experience. Mr. Harvey started his career in the coal and copper mining industries in the US and Canada during the 1970's. In 1978, he started working in the US oil and gas industry and in 1984 founded Harvey Operating and Production Company. He has been a Director of Intrepid Potash, Inc. since December 2007. Mr. Harvey holds a BSc in Mining Engineering and ME in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Erica Wyatt serves as the Vice President of Human Resources of Intrepid Potash. Erica started at Intrepid Potash in August of 2007. Erica currently resides in Greater Denver Area.

Alex Wagner serves as the Vice President Business Development of Intrepid Potash. Alex started at Intrepid Potash in November of 2018. Alex currently resides in Greater Denver Area.

Margaret McCandless serves as the Vice President and General Counsel of Intrepid Potash. Margaret started at Intrepid Potash in January of 2015. Margaret currently resides in Greater Denver Area.

Scott Earnest serves as the Vice President of Taxation of Intrepid Potash. Scott currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
