Dr. Amit Kumar has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ITUS Corp. since July 2017, its director since November 2012 and its Chairman of the Board since August 2016. From June 2015 until August 2016, Dr. Kumar served as Vice Chairman of the Board of ITUS Corp. Dr. Kumar served as a strategic advisor of ITUS Corp. since September 2012. Dr. Kumar has been Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Anixa Diagnostics Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITUS Corp. since June 2015. Upon his appointment as Executive Chairman of Anixa, Dr. Kumar resigned from his position as the CEO of Geo Fossil Fuels LLC, an energy company, which he had held since December 2010. From September 2001 to June 2010, Dr. Kumar was President and CEO of CombiMatrix Corporation, a NASDAQ listed biotechnology company and also served as director from September 2000 to June 2012. Dr. Kumar was Vice President of Life Sciences of Acacia Research Corporation, a publicly traded investment company, from July 2000 to August 2007 and also served as a director from January 2003 to August 2007. Dr. Kumar has served as Chairman of the board of directors of Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held solar energy company, since June 2007, and as a director of Aeolus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2004. Dr. Kumar is Chairman of BioCeryx, Inc., a private diagnostic company, and Actym Therapeutics, a private biotechnology company. Dr. Kumar holds an A.B. in Chemistry from Occidental College. After joint studies at Stanford University and the California Institute of Technology, he received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech in 1991. He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University in 1993. Dr. Kumar has authored and co-authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications and holds a dozen patents. Dr. Kumar's photovoltaic research included work on energy conversion using cells made from silicon (single crystal, polycrystalline, and amorphous), gallium arsenide, indium phosphide, metal oxides and other materials. Dr. Kumar has experience in technology driven startups, both at the board of directors and operating levels, in a broad variety of areas including finance, acquisitions, research and development, and marketing, and, as described above, has served as a director and/or officer of various publicly traded companies.

Mr. John Roop has been the Senior Vice President of Engineering at ITUS Corporation (formerly, CopyTele, Inc) since September 19, 2012. Mr. Roop has 18 years of experience analyzing and evaluating patents for acquisition and licensing and over 20 years of experience as a Silicon Valley design engineer and engineering executive. Mr. Roop served as Senior Vice President of Engineering served as Senior Vice President of Engineering since March 2003 and served as Vice President of Engineering since March 2002 at Acacia Research Corporation (Acacia Technologies). Prior to joining Acacia Technologies, Mr. Roop was a co-founder and Senior Vice President, Technology and Development of StarSight Telecast, Inc. He was also Co-Founder and Director of Engineering at InSight Telecast, Inc. and co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at VSAT Systems. Previously, he served as Director of Data Communications at Telcom General Corp. Mr. Roop has a B.S.E.E Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Anthony Campisi serves as the Vice President of Engineering at CopyTele, Inc. Mr. Campisi has been responsible for Research & Development and Intellectual Property of ITUS Corporation (Formerly CopyTele, Inc.) for over 19 years. Prior to his employment with CopyTele, he served as President of Cardinal Microsystems Corp., a company that designed and manufactured the video system for AT&T's emergency 911 system. Earlier, he worked as a Principal Design Engineer for Hauppauge Digital Inc., where he developed many PC and multiprocessor Motherboard products. Mr. Campisi was also employed as an ASIC Design Engineer for the New Product Development Group at Standard Microsystems Corp., where he had designed and developed Large Scale Integrated Circuits for both the Video and Local Area Network markets. Mr. Campisi received his BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Michael J. Catelani, also known as Mike, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Operating Officer of ITUS Corporation since July 6, 2017 and its Chief Financial Officer since November 1, 2016 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Catelani serves as Treasurer of InnVision. Mr. Catelani founded Tacere Therapeutics, Inc. in 2006 and served as its Chairman, Chief Financial Officer & President until its sale. Prior to Tacere, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Benitec Biopharma Limited since April 8, 2005. He served as Consultant to Benitec Ltd. since January 2005. He served as Senior Vice President Tacere Therapeutics, Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance of Thomas Kinkade Company. From 2002 to 2004, he served in senior financial management positions at Axon Instruments. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Axon Instruments Inc. since March 2, 2004 and Director of Finance since November 2002. He served as Vice President of Finance of Media Arts Group, Inc. since August 1999, Principal Accounting Officer since October 1999, Principal Financial Officer from October 1999 to May 2001 and as Corporate Controller from June 1999 to August 1999. He managed investor relations and successfully led the divestiture of Media Arts retail operations. Mr. Catelani served as Controller of Lightpost Publishing, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Media Arts Group, from May 1998 to June 1999. He started his professional career at Ernst & Young as Senior Auditor. He also served at Alldata LLC. Prior thereto, he served as the Controller, as well as R&D Project Manager and Division General Manager, for Air Toxics Ltd. He worked with several early-stage start ups in a variety of industries, from retail to distributed power generation, in both advisory and management roles. He serves as Director of InnVision, a Not-for-Profit organization serving the homeless in the San Francisco Bay Area. He served as Executive Director of Benitec Limited. since February 9, 2006. Mr. Catelani earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike Catelani serves as the COO & CFO of ITUS Corporation. Mike started at ITUS Corporation in November of 2016. Mike currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Henry Herms serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ITUS Corporation. Henry started at ITUS Corporation in November of 2000. Henry currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
