Mr. Harry S. Gruner is a Co-Founder and Managing General Partner of JMI Equity, JMI Equity Fund IV, L.P., JMI Equity Fund V, L.P. , JMI Equity Fund VI, L.P. and JMI Equity Fund VII, L.P. Mr. Gruner was a Principal in the software investment banking group at Alex Brown & Sons Inc. in the Corporate Finance Department of the Technology Group from August 1986 to October 1992. He worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Alex Brown, where he specialized in advising software, business and computer services companies. In 1991, he joined the Corporate Finance Department as a Principal in the Technology Group at Alex Brown, where he advised software, information and computer services companies in a wide variety of transactions. In 1985, he worked in the Marketing Department at Sigma Design. He also worked in marketing at computer-aided-design software developer Sigma Design. Mr. Gruner began his business career as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking Technology Group at the Corporate Finance department of Blyth Eastman PaineWebber, Inc. Mr. Gruner served with software companies for more than 30 years. He serves as Director of CINTRA Select Fund Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Halogen Software Inc. since June 24, 2008 and Navicure, Inc. since 2009. He has been a Director of CoreHR Limited since January 2016. He serves as Director of Code 42 Software, Inc. He has been a Director of Intelex Technologies Inc. since September 13, 2015. He serves as a Director of Aptela, Inc., Autotask Corporation, SiriusDecisions, Inc., Catapult Learning, LLC, Catapult Learning, Inc., Courion Corporation, Solium Transcentive LLC, Capsule Tech, Studer Group, PointClickCare, Primax Recoveries, Inc., Transcentive, Inc., Brock International, Inc. and Optika Imaging Systems Inc. He served as a Director at PointClickCare Corp. He served as Member Of the Advisory Board of Chicago Pacific Founders. Mr. Gruner served as a Director of Jackson Hewitt Inc. since 1995. He served on the Boards of over 40 software and information businesses in the last 22 years, including seven public companies, as well as many nonprofit organizations. Mr. Gruner holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree in History from Yale University.

Mr. Paul V. Barber serves as a Managing General Partner of JMI Equity. He joined JMI Equity in 1998. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Barber served as a Managing Director and the Head of the Software Investment Banking Practice at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown Inc. Since 1989, he worked in Product Marketing at Microsoft Corporation. He began his business career working in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Barber served as the Chairman at ServiceNow, Inc. until October 24, 2016 and as its a Director from June 2005 to October 24, 2016 and as its Presiding Director until October 24, 2016. Mr. Barber serves as a Director of TC?? Health, Inc., Applied Systems, Internet Brands, Inc., Innovative Interfaces, SGHE, Kronos Incorporated, Service-now.com Inc., Ellucian, Inc., Mitchell International, DoubleClick, Inc., Undertone Networks, Inc., and Burr Wolff L.P. He served as a Director of Blackbaud Inc. from October 1999 to June 30, 2006 and Epicor Software Corporation until May 2006. Mr. Barber served as a Director of Intergraph Corporation, Vertafore, Inc., PowerPlan, Inc., Activant Group, Inc., Regents Bank, National Association and Sterling Software, Inc. He served as a Director of eBenX, Inc. since June 1999. He served as a Member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Mr. Barber holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University.

Ms. Kathy A. Fields is a General Partner, since August 4, 2015, and General Counsel at JMI Equity. Ms. Fields joined JMI Equity in 2013 and is responsible for deal structuring and execution (including investments and exits), portfolio matters, compliance, and other legal and firm administrative functions. She was a Partner in the Corporate, Private Equity, and Technology Companies Groups at Goodwin Procter LLP and joined on January 19, 2005. She was also a Founding Partner and Co-Chair of the Silicon Valley office. Ms. Fields was a Partner in the Business Practice Group and served as the Co-Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Her practice concentrates on corporate and securities law. Ms. Fields has represented and advised numerous public and private companies and venture capital firms in mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions in advance of Chapter 11 filings, cross border transactions, tender offers and going private transactions. In addition, her experience includes representation of venture capital firms and the portfolio companies in corporate finance transactions, including strategic investments and private placements. She has also represented domestic and foreign issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and registered secondary securities offerings. Ms. Fields received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1991 and B.S. in Business from Indiana University in 1986.

Mr. Randy E. Guttman is the Chief Financial Officer at JMI Equity since July 1, 2013 and serves as a General Partner since December 5, 2017. He joined the firm on May 14, 2007 and was previously a Controller and Vice President of Finance at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guttman was a Senior Associate in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice at Ernst & Young. He is a C.P.A. Mr. Guttman received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.

Randy Guttman serves as the General Partner & CFO of JMI Equity. Randy started at JMI Equity in May of 2007. Randy currently resides in the Baltimore, Maryland Area.

Maggie Schmitt serves as the Vice President of Finance of JMI Equity. Maggie started at JMI Equity in Jul of 2009. Maggie currently resides in the Baltimore, Maryland Area.
