Everrthing to many saftey hazards

What do you value most about this brand?

Excellent staff they went beyond the call of duty . Housekeeping pushed our cart out when they saw he had back issues. I left my phone and charger in room and they heard us say we were going to get gas next door and the ran it over to us. Would not accept any tip!!! Wonderful staff all around .!

They have the worst mangers ever the crew is unprofessional there is one with different color hair that talks bad about the employees I have witnesses altercations that shouldn't have been happening they need help bad

Cleaning the room and floor properly changing the unfairly
