I went through a print out of the days we stayed there and realized we were charged 11 times for 1 day. I tried to show the manager and he blew me off. I cant believe this is the kind of business practices you keep. One of the front desk workers kept telling us "are you still here!" Ummmm ooooookay!
Computer issues at Kingman, Az could not check in, could not get key despite severak trips to property. While the staff and facility were great the computer issues made the stay unsatisfactory. The employees at front dest were without authority to make up for the poor arrival situation.
Cleaning the room and floor properly changing the unfairly
They have the worst mangers ever the crew is unprofessional there is one with different color hair that talks bad about the employees I have witnesses altercations that shouldn't have been happening they need help bad
Just close down it's to bad to improve
