  • Depends on the job type. Then for management, the interview is usually conducted by the district manager and maybe the Sr.Dir of Operations. Situational questions and some basic math.

  • I feel too much money is being wasted on band aid fixes. Spend the money to repair or replace things the right way and more money will be saved in the long run.

  • I only work P/R so a lot of things don't apply to me. I strictly stick to my P/T schedule even though I am often asked to cover other days. I don't feel pressured to come in. I just say no.
