Let's me repair things and no questions about my ability to do the job.
I wish they were more involved with associates
needs more work at company
The managers and employees are amazing. It's just the company itself that needs to do better.
Experienced and caring management team.
No communication. Managers over the district or other areas won't even tell you their name or introduce themselves. They act like they are better than you. Im pretty sure they are retaliating against me for calling corporate.

Communication, and less gossip. Forward communication to shift changes
Demoting some of their long term managers that abuses the system.
Everything! They need to get better at everything
Showing up for the team....not bossing the team around through a phone and really show up to support the team
Nothing really good i worked for it all
Able to provide for my kids
they take care of all your needs
Nothing really stands out to me
Im not quite sure at all
They only make certain employees work so their favorites can sit around in the break room on the clock. The more you report people the worst you get treated. I've tried for months now to contact someone higher up and I can't get anyone

We clean terrible rooms for no compensation and hardly get tips.
Better support would be appreciated
Housekeepers need a raise for all of our hard work
More pay for the work
Everyone helps Everyone on a daily basis to ensure the daily operation flows smoothly.
Friendly and easy to talk to
Front desk and housekeeping were the best
Family vibes able and willing
Everyone works together very well and are very helpful. They whole team is amazing.
There is a select few who actually work. Nothing is ever said or done. Everyone sits around while a few certain people work to get things done. Nothing is appreciated. Completely underpaid. Some people need to be fired and they don't because they just want to say they are staffed

Teamwork less nagging from bosses about time
Teamwork is needed not competition
Be available to staff when we need to resolve an issue directly, not through email.
They are all scared to speak up about the problems that go on
Nothing there is no positivity
Humbling to know new culters and to hear a part of their story brings you back to earth
It feels like a little family.
GM really looks out for me
great place to work and wonderful culture. lovin it.
Hold people accountable. Hire managers that actually know how to run a hotel. Communication. No one listens. Respect. You can't get it

Knowing when they have dedicated hard workers
Practice what you preach about
better pay, better benefits. focus on employees and not stockholders.
Review from Operations Dept
Organization within the Human Resources and better professionalism
Professionalism was showcased throughout the interview and attention to detail and compemsation.
I got hired and was given a chancr
Easy straightforward questions pertaining to the job
It was an easy process and a welcoming one.
During the interview they made this job sound better than it is
Well if they would show up more to know what they want and not expect so much as well
I never interview was just told u start work Saturday morning at 10 it took a month and a half to get my first check
Review from Customer Support Dept
the management asked about my intentions to start a family and whether or not I had any disabilities at all
No negatively about current employees
if you are willing to work, you are hired
Ease of tasks and friendly co workers
The guest, especially long term. Though management frowns upon getting to know the long-term guest. Even though they are extremely friendly with the guest themselves.
Making other people smile and Brighting up there day I. Love helping them at all times if I can
Making guests feel at home
The laid back environment and trust
No one is held accountable. Pay the right pay to the right people. The employees who are threatened by other workers work ethic get ran all over and ganged up on.
