This company promises paid parental leave and then gives you the run around. They refuse to help ever! I was given proof for needing light duty for my pregnancy and I've still been given the same amount if not more of a work load than other employees. They accommodate who they want.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hold people accountable. Hire managers that actually know how to run a hotel. Communication. No one listens. Respect. You can't get it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one is held accountable. Pay the right pay to the right people. The employees who are threatened by other workers work ethic get ran all over and ganged up on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No communication. Managers over the district or other areas won't even tell you their name or introduce themselves. They act like they are better than you. Im pretty sure they are retaliating against me for calling corporate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only make certain employees work so their favorites can sit around in the break room on the clock. The more you report people the worst you get treated. I've tried for months now to contact someone higher up and I can't get anyone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a select few who actually work. Nothing is ever said or done. Everyone sits around while a few certain people work to get things done. Nothing is appreciated. Completely underpaid. Some people need to be fired and they don't because they just want to say they are staffed
