What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, and less gossip. Forward communication to shift changes

Demoting some of their long term managers that abuses the system.

Everything! They need to get better at everything

Showing up for the team....not bossing the team around through a phone and really show up to support the team

More hotel supplies the rooms are always half done

Pay well and not over work people

Be on time show for work and if the mgr doesn't pay them she offers cash from her pocket to thecrew and cash App it to them and they still show late /don't show at all
