The managers and employees are amazing. It's just the company itself that needs to do better.

Excellent leadership was in place under my manager Mr. Ruben Cirlos

More understanding from managers is needed.

Demoting some of their long term managers that abuses the system.

More hotel supplies the rooms are always half done

Pay well and not over work people

Be on time show for work and if the mgr doesn't pay them she offers cash from her pocket to thecrew and cash App it to them and they still show late /don't show at all
