For me it was simple it was not until after starting work for them I saw the flaws.
I was told I would get the schedule I needed for school and then when I gave my school schedule they made it seem like it was going to be hard to accommodate

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well if they would show up more to know what they want and not expect so much as well
I never interview was just told u start work Saturday morning at 10 it took a month and a half to get my first check

the management asked about my intentions to start a family and whether or not I had any disabilities at all
No negatively about current employees
