Mr. Alfred L. Young has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at LaSalle Hotel Properties since November 03, 2009. Mr. Young serves as the Managing Director of Hospitality at Caribbean Property Group. Prior to joining Caribbean Property Group, he was employed by LaSalle Hotel Properties from 2000 to 2007 serving in both asset management and acquisition roles. From 2000 until mid-2007, he worked for the LaSalle initially as an Asset Manager and later as Vice President of Acquisitions. Since leaving the LaSalle in 2007 and until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Young received an MBA from George Mason University and a B.S. from Shepherd University.

Mr. Ian Gaum has been the Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle Hotel Properties since December 17, 2013. Mr. Gaum oversees all acquisition, disposition and risk management functions of LaSalle Hotel Properties. Mr. Gaum served as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions since July 2007 and Vice President of Asset Management from July 1998 to June 2007. He joined LaSalle Hotel Properties shortly after its IPO and was instrumental in the execution of business plan during that entire period, both in asset management and acquisitions. Mr. Gaum worked in asset management with VMS Realty Partners and Stone Levy Advisors.

Mr. Kenneth G. Fuller, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of LaSalle Hotel Properties since re-joining the firm on April 25, 2016. Prebiously, Mr. Fuller had served as a Treasurer from 2011 to 2015, Vice President of Finance from 2009 to 2011 and Vice President of Asset Management from 2007 to 2009. He served as the Founder and Principal at Vine Investment Partners from 2015 to 2016. He started his career as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking division at First Union Securities. He serves as a Director of Sweet Water Foundation and James Wormley Board of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. Mr. Fuller was a Trustee of The Field School from 2012 to 2015. He received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in 1999.
