They are servant leaders and humble. We have an idea meritocracy culture, so good ideas from every part of the organization are applauded (and expected really), and that culture starts from the top.

I love my team! We are all focused on the goals and it's a true idea meritocracy. People have a ton of ideas and experience but are always open and willing to learn and be flexible as well.
