Everyone is very smart and brought in to own their responsibilities. Hiding in the background isn't possible here and it results in a brilliant team.
I love my team! We are all focused on the goals and it's a true idea meritocracy. People have a ton of ideas and experience but are always open and willing to learn and be flexible as well.
Everybody is so intelligent, hard-working, inclusive, and self-aware. The teams are very collaborative.

Our emphasis on health that extends to all meanings of the word "health."

Everyone is aligned towards our goal of improving health outcomes across the continuum of health and it is apparent in weekly update meetings.
Our focus on healthy living - eating well, getting exercise, spending time outdoors. And a focus on accomplishing projects on your own time rather than a need to be at a computer during strict hours.
