Fantastic. It is an environment where the engineers, scientists, marketing, sales and ops folks on top in their field tackling truly impactful challenges.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being empowered to tackle very hard problems with creative solutions.

Transparent. Open. Candid. Sets a clear direction, invites feedback and will adjust as data comes in.

There are a lot of really awesome products we are building that can have a very real impact on individual health.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is aligned towards our goal of improving health outcomes across the continuum of health and it is apparent in weekly update meetings.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very smart and brought in to own their responsibilities. Hiding in the background isn't possible here and it results in a brilliant team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency and openness. An obsession with creating great products and building a tremendous team to do so. A visionary approach that is tied back to concrete actions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

All employees are granted incentive units in the organization provide tremendous upside as our company scales. The company also covers the majority of family health care insurance premiums. They also take feedback and incorporate it quickly to add more benefits.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The transparency and openness across the organization. We are only dogmatic about not being dogmatic about anything. We shun bureaucracy and hierarchy for the sake of just having it. Promotions allow employees to continue doing what earned the promotion rather than shifting to people management.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We hire folks with tremendous experience and at the top of their field. Then we allow folks to have ownership/accountability over projects - its really awesome to be a part of an organization that gets out of its own way to allow the employees they brought on to do what they do best.
